Samsung — please help me sir I m sending u this mail with a lot of hopes

Dear sir As I had purchased a samsung mobile model Galaxy S4 its cost was 42000/- at the time of purchased.i was buying this on 29-june-2013. AT The time of purchased company offered me a additional gift that was S-View cover after the purchased it was claimed that I got this at my postal address within 45 days but till now it is 3 months 14 d Aug days spent but I did not get this regarding this I had launch a complaint against this to samsung company but I did not got any of solution by them sir I am sending u this request with so many hopes pls.help me and request u to please release my additional gift from them.
