Samsung — Poor network and poor battery backup | |||
I have purchased a Samsung galaxy y CDMA 1509 from flip cart on 15-03-13' I have started using the Same from last few days and very disappointed with the quality of the product.It often leave the network while same operators network is there in other handsets. Further battery backup is very poor.I request the co to replace my handset immediately as the pies supplied to me is defective.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Samsung — poor battery
Dear Mam/SirI am very disappointed to know that i have paid Rs. 12500/- for a landline phone.
i bought Your GT-5510 Touch on 9.3.2011 and it is really the worst phone i had ever come across.
the battery of phon is the main problem, it runs only for 1 hour hardly 1.5 hr then switch over thats it.
i visited your service center but its all waste they change my battery with new one but still the problem is same.
please clear me about the phone and is that class of product your are offering then you should stop cheating people by saying aur claiming that you are best mobile manf..
