Samsung — problems in product and poor care services | |||
Hi i am parth i have purchased samsung monte 10 months ago it was working fine but since few days its not getting 3g i trid a lot But 3g mode is not working and calls are auto disconnecting in automatic network mode , also touch is so poor. i also went to samsung care centre but they are so rude that they didnt help me even phone is in warranty period i havent expected from samsung that worlds leading smartphone company will give such type of product and services. most of the time its dealers failure. they are just trying to escape out of the responsibility and not even communicating the consumer problem to the manufacture. Manufactures also will try to push deffective items in combi offers as a result customer has tosuffer.
i have purchased one Samsung TV . I find its qulity was very low .

Samsung — poor product
Sir/madam,3 month ago I give prieroty to samsung over nokia and purchase. First time a samsung smart phone model samsung galaxy i 5510. But after day. Letter I found that it has audio jack problem, I give it to service center , they give me a slip for new set. Dealer give me. A new st after 2.5 month letter, unfortunatly after one week letter I found that this divice also have a serious problem . It never show my all applications . I give it to again service center . They update it,s software and return it to me. But after 2 day letter I found anathor problem that it never charging, when I reset it it charge again , when it not charge I rest it ,but now it not charge after rechare also and never show my all applications. I ired up and thinkking that throw it front of a road roaller.
