[Resolved] Samsung / Refrigerator — Samsung Refrigerator customer care inaction | |
Hello, I am holding a samsung 260 Litre with me. For the past one year, i am having issues with my refrigerator .However, i am fed with the insincere attitude of Samsung customer care. I need to keep following up with the customer care executives for the problems we are facing with the refrigerator .Most of the work they are doing is patch work which is very short term and we need to again reopen the same issues again with the customer care. Today, again we are facing the same issue with customer care assuring us of prompt response but to no avail.I dont know what else to do but raise the complaint in a public forum like this. There is heavy accumulation of ice in freezer. Even if we press Defrost Button, It does not defrost. Please let me know the solution.

I have purchased a refrigirator model RT24 with unique fresness lamp but my fridge was not having cool pack, as per your advertisement in the web the model having fresness lamp are attached with cool pack. kindly clarify for further details.
