[Resolved]  Samsung / Refrigerator — Samsung Refrigerator customer care inaction

Hello,
I am holding a samsung 260 Litre with me. For the past one year, i am having issues with my refrigerator .However, i am fed with the insincere attitude of Samsung customer care. I need to keep following up with the customer care executives for the problems we are facing with the refrigerator .Most of the work they are doing is patch work which is very short term and we need to again reopen the same issues again with the customer care.
Today, again we are facing the same issue with customer care assuring us of prompt response but to no avail.I dont know what else to do but raise the complaint in a public forum like this.

This is to inform you that last 8 months i will try to refrigreator part no DA63-01681A/B ( PART OF BOTTLE STAND). MY HUSBAND MR RAJESH MAGGO GO TO YOU OKHLA OFFICE THEY SAID OUR REPRESENTATIVE COME TO YOUR HOME AND DELIVERED A PART. BUT NO RESPONSEAGAIN I WILL CONTACT TO TELEPHONE ON YOUR OFFICE MS DIPTI TELL EVERYTIME NO PART AVAILABLE PLEASE CONTAVT NEXT WEEK.AGAIN NEXT WEEK SHE SAID CONTACT TO MR SURESH, THEN I WILL CONATACT TO MR SURESH HE SAID I WILL CHECK YOUR PART RECEIVE OR NOT, THEN I WILL CAONTACT YOU ON MY MOBILE BUT NEVER HE CONTACT ME.LAST 20 DAYS BACK I WILL CONTACT TO HIS CELLE [protected] HE SAID PART NOT AVAILABE PL CONTACT NEXT WEEK . NOW LAST 2, 3 DAYS BACK I WILL TRY MOBILE NO OF MR SURESH SWITCH OFF.NOW I AM VERY FED 1 SMALL PART OF FRIDGE NOT AVAILABLE OF YOUR COMPANYWHAT CAN WE DO.WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE.PL IMMEDIATE ACTION OTHERWISE I WILL COMPLAINT TO YOUR HIGH AUTHORITIES.MY NAME IS ANJANA MAGGO, AGAIN FROM THE MONTH OF MARCH STARTING I WILL CONTACT TO MS ALPREET OKHLA OFFICE, SHE SAID I AM TRYING TO PURCHASED THIS PART. BUT NOW ON MAY 28TH, SHE SAID THIS PART MANUFACTURING IS CLOSED SO YOU CANNOT RECEIVED THIS PART TO ANY STORE. SO THIS SMALL PART NOT RECED. I THINK WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE I HOPE MISSING OF THIS PART I HAD PURCHED NEW FRIDGE OFANY OTHER COMPANY.

There is heavy accumulation of ice in freezer. Even if we press Defrost Button, It does not defrost. Please let me know the solution.

I have purchased a refrigirator model RT24 with unique fresness lamp but my fridge was not having cool pack, as per your advertisement in the web the model having fresness lamp are attached with cool pack. kindly clarify for further details.
