MY FRIDGE SR37WG2 IS NOT COOLING IN THE BOTTOM DOOR FRIDGE SECTION AND I COMPLAINED THRU YOUR HELPLINE TOLL FREE NO. I WAS GIVEN BP NO. [protected] AND YOUR SERVICE AGENT HI-TECH SOLUTIONS CAME AND CHANGED NEW TIMER AND A SENSOR.IT STILL DID NOT WORK AND THEY TOOK IT TO THEIR WORKSHOP AND BROUGHT IT BACK IN 3 DAYS SAYING IT IS WORKING. BUT STILL THE FRIDGE IS NOT COOLING. I'VE SPENT ALREADY 2000 RUPEES ON IT AND STILL YOUR INCOMPETENT SERVICE PEOPLE ARE NOT ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. I WANT YOU TO GIVE ME THE CELL NO AND ADDRESS OF YOUR CHENNAI CHIEF EXECUTIVE, SO THAT I CAN CALL ON HIM. ITS A DISGRACE TO YOUR GOOD NAME AND I'VE BEEN RECOMMENDING YOUR COMPANY TO MANY OF MY RELATIVES. I HOPE YOU'LL TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AND SEND YOUR SERVICE AGENT. I'M TIRED OF CALLING THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN. THANKS .
