[Resolved] Samsung / Refrigerator — Damaged New Refrigerator supplied by Samsung | |||
This is a worst customer experience we have ever faced when we booked a new refrigerator of Samsung RT-29 BDMS with Model No. RT-29BDPR from a local store in Kolkata on 11.01.2011 from REFCON , 232, RASH Behari Avenue,kolkata 70019. The double door refrigerator is a damaged piece in which both doors are scracthed heavily that gives old look from the moment it was unpacked at our house. we are cheated as always asked to deposit the full amount beforehand and the local dealer never verifies the goods in front o[censored]s like customers. They have delivered the Refrigerator with damaged one and have taken no action or resposibilty to replace it .we informed the dealer and Samsung people but they have shown no act of responsibility as they asked to wait for 2 days but its four days since 11.01.2011 but still their is nothing concrete from Samsung. It seems we are helpless and living in the world of cheaters who survive with cheating on people like us !!! We would like to state that never to book the goods before hand and not to trust these people ever .Its disgusting and harresment !!!
