[Resolved] Samsung Refrigerator Model No. Rt - 35bdms - 1 — Purchased on 14/aug/10 but stopped working on 05/09/10 | |||
Samsung coustomer Care Centre, Sir, I have purchased a refrigerator(model no. RT-35BDMS-1) on 14/8/10 from Sargam Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. It stopped working on 5/09/10 and same day, telephonically I informed the dealer about it. On 8/09/10 an engineer came from Samsung and told us that he had repaired it and it will start working from now onwards. But till next day, the fridge remained in the same condition. Again we called up on 9/09/10 to Sargam Electronics and on 10/09/10 an engineer came and told us that the door is broken from inside and the fan connected to it is not working. I told them to replace the fridge as it is not even one month that we have purchased the fridge. He told us that it will take some time but from 9/9/10 nobody came to our residence and so many times we had called up in coustomer care centre but no one picks up the call. I want to replace my new refrigeratior and hope you will do the needful as early as possible.
