[Resolved] Samsung Refrigerator — Samsung Refrigerators- Worst service and products | |||
I am writing this complaint to convey to anybody intending to buy a Samsung refrigerator NOT TO buy it to save you years and years of pain. Especially in Bangalore, the Samsung service centres take the customers for a ride and dupe them giving very flimsy reasons. I shall give you one example. This is the gas recharge scam. your refrigerator would need a gas recharge every 2-3 years and you would be charged around Rs 2000/- every time. They on purpose do not do a good job on recharging so that they have a continuous flow of recharging money. I have spoken to many Samsung owners and other brands owners and the Samsung refrigerator service is the worst !!! One of the reasons given for this frequent recharge is that Bangalore has lot of drains and areas around the drains are more prone to gas leakage !!! Can you believe it !!!And you cannot even escalate this to anybody in Samsung because they know they have a product and service. The service especially is worse than government offices. Again warning you all. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE SAMSUNG REFRIGERATORS. Prefer LG or Godrej. Was this information helpful? | |||
