On April 16, 2011, I have fully paid for Samsung Refrigerator Model No: RT-26 HCLB1 REF/250 LTR to Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd. at 66, Syed Amir Ali Avenue, Kolkata-700019. Bill No: BB/CB/00140/11-12. & delivery date was within 18th April 2011, but still I not yet received the product. I had tried to call them so many times but their response is very poor.
