I WAS SOLD THIS HEADSET SAYING THAT IT IS BETTER FROM THE REST ONLY 20 DAYS BACK. I AM DISAPPOINTED TO SEE THAT THE EARPIECE ATTACHMENT IS SO WEAK FROM THE MAINSET THAT THE WIRES GOT TWISTED AND BROKE. THE SERVICE CENTER GUY SAYS NOTHING COULD BE DONE ABOUT IT. ONE SOULD'VE KEPT IT PROPERLY. NOW, I AM A WELL EDUCATED GUY WHO LIKES TO TAKE CARE OF HIS STUFF. BUT THIS THING WAS WAY TO FRAGILE FOR A NORMAL HANDELING. I'VE BEEN USING ALL SAMSUNG PRODUCTS (LCD TV, MOBILE PHONES ETC FOR YEARS, THAT IS WHY I CHOSE SAMSUNG OVER NOKIA, BUT THIS IS REDICULOUS.
