Samsung — Split AC not functioning
I have been lodging complain with Samsung customer care about my split AC compalin no. is [protected] but no one is sending anyone for attending the fault which was not the case earlier with Samsung service. I have spoken to customer care executive 5 times, despite of these many reminders no one is attending the complain. I have lodged the complain 8 days backNow after so many of reminders no one is coming, I request some responsible person to look into my complain.

I purchased a Split A/C (Samsung 1) from Ms Ruba Electronics in Pondicherry on 10th March 2007. The shop sent some people to fix up the indoor and outdoor unit promptly. However within the next few months itself the unit started malfunctioning and on 30th of March 2008 the compressor Capacitor was replaced and gas filled in the outer unit. Almost every month without fail I was forced to complain about the malfunctioning of the unit. Now, the AC has started to drip all night into the room—the cooling has decreased considerably. Only the name and reputation of Samsung made me buy this AC (I have another window AC that has been working without fail for the last ten years—I had purchased it while at Delhi).
Now, the Engineer who came to examine the unit has asked for a replacement of the internal coil—the company has kept me waiting for over two weeks now saying that the Coil has to be shipped from Chennai barely 130kms away! I am completely at a loss to understand the after sales service of such a reputed company like Samsung. Perhaps individuals like me are not so important for you! Do kindly advice me as to what I should expect from you. Let me hear from you before I decide to take the next natural step of any unhappy customer.
