dear sir, iam jagadeesh purchased a samusung mobile from sangeetha mobile store its contain complete one year warranty.but i lost my original bill and i asked them for duplicate bill in the online database its showing different customer name and different purchasing location and the retailer saying your not the right person and he is not responding properly without bill the customer care center not accepting my mobile . so i lost completely my 12000 RS mobile set.to avoid these kind of problems please take necessary actions on mobile stores. thanking you Was this information helpful? | |||
