Samsung Star3g — poor service of repairing / delay in service by service center | |||
Dear Sir, You will appreciate to note I and my family are in use of Samsung mobiles as many as four (4) numbers out of which the mobile bearing model no: GT-S5603 and serial no: RW2SA47575F has become defective and duely given to your authorized service center OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS, BARRACKPORE, KOLKATA-700122. It is unfortunate to note that the service center I am deprived of using the reputed Samsung mobile. I therefore request your intervention / instruction to your service center for repairing / replacement of the mobile hand set at earliest in order to retain the reputation of the company.
