I have bought samsung sung mobile SGH J 600 DASINS from the mobile store

THE PROBLEMS MENTIONED BELOW AFTER USING THIS PHONE IS :
1.if I will dial from my other mobile no.([protected])to [protected] never got thru.(because [protected] no. sim is in J 600 phone )
2.if I will put any of the Sim in this phone same problem will came out.That mean there is some problem in the the phone itself.I have check all the call barried option also.I am facing this problem from the 1st day I have gone to the shop where I had bought this phone.but they said we can't do anything. PLEASE ADVICE WHAT TO DO.

PROBLEM 002
3.If I will insert memory card in the slot.
3a.phone start getting heat and battery starts discharge.feels it will blast any time.After that I had never tried to use memory card.please advice what to do.
If nothing is possible then I don't want to use this phone at all.and you are requested to please return my money back.
