[Resolved]  Samsung TV — tv is not working

My TV was not working, I complained in customer care. Then Samsung company mechanic came to visit but still TV is in same condition. On another complaint No body is comnig to take action on that complained.

Sir, I have brought a samsung TV on 29 Oct, 2008 from Golden Electronics, Ladwa but it is producing noice and picture quality is also very poor.I have complained many times(Comp. no.-[protected]) but nobody wants to remove that problem.It is not working for 3-4 days, one mechanic came and told us it is manufactuning defect.I want to replace that TV set.

i am Bying my Samsung TV 6 Months ago. now my Samsung TV has gone to dead position. your engineer come on my place but he is saying your TV Pitchure Tube is Ded. he is saying i am change your Pitchure Tube with in 3 to 10 Days. but now 18 Days Your Engineer is not come. i am calling you customer care. he is saying this TV Pitchure Tube is Not Avilable this time. i am not satisfide your company.

My family and Me were very happy to have 32"LCD Samsung T V in our house.since last month my T V is not working.once thier TV technician came to my house.After checking the TV he told us that He will be coming to reapair our LCD with in two days, but he did not turned up.I personally went to the service centre in MRAGAO and showes them the bill also.They promise me that technician will come and repair our TV but today also no one has come.
Samsung is a world known Brand but we found that services are not up to the mark.kindly look in to the matter on an urgent basis.

Samsung — TV IS NOT WORKING.

Problem started suddenly on 14.08.10,if iam start the tv then noise creating and there is no any display.
Please send me the service peson early as possible.

Samsung Television — Not working

Hi Team,

My television is not operating from two days, there was a transformer blast and i guess as a result of that the tv's fuse is also destroyed.

I am trying to contact the customer care from two days but in vain. So kindly consider this as a complaint statement.
