Samsung — new refrigerator

I have purchased Frost Free Refrigerator Model RT41LSPN1/XTL of Samsung. This model is failed to prevent moisture in bottom tray. It is proven by local Samsung Authorised Service center. But they are not ready to take back this product from the Market and not giving and solution after many complaint. Finally, they took the photograph and original bill copy and keep quite.
