Samsung Video Camcorder — non receipt of product | |||
I have ordered samsung video camcorder over phone on 18/06/2010 to India Today group. My Id No[protected]. My credit card charged on the day itself for Rs. 11399/- An sms came that my credit card charged and credited to Livingmedia Ltd for the same. Till date I have not received my order. On force I have been told that my consignment no is :[protected] and enquire with Aromex couriers. I enquired with Hyderabad courier office with consignment no . They said that that consignment is not received from supplier. Their fax no is not working. customer care depaetment not caring. What can I do? I have ordered the above video cam with their forced phone calls. Kindly return my hard earning money immediately or execute my order. Was this information helpful? | |||
