[Resolved] Samsung Washing Machine — Machine not working properly | |||
I bought a Samsung front load fully automatic washing machine (Model number : WF8650NHW - XTL) on 7th April 2010 from Reliance Digital Cunningham Road Bangalore. Right from the first day the machine did not work properly, it will complete half the washing cycle and then give an error 4E and stop. We called the Samsung service station on 13th April and they loged the complain (complain number : [protected]), after that no body has attened our call. Every time we call them back the only reply we get is that some body will be coming to check this and then nobody turns up. Its nearly 2 months now and still we are facing the same problem.
