Hi Sir: This Is to Inform you that even after your repairs, Our Front-loading/ washing Machine 5.5kg Model No.1043 Is not functioning well, It is therefore please reprimand your mechanic and send another man to correct the fault, we register the Complaint through by samsung toll free number but still there not revoking the any step's to clear the fault next i ill ready to go for the Consumer court also regarding about ur poor service and product, then i have the warranty also...
