I HAVE PURCHASED A SAMSUNG 1.5 TON WINDOW AC FROM BETTER DEALS, JANAKPURI, NEW DELHI-110058, IN THE MONTH OF MARCH AND TILL DATE IT IS NOT WORKING. I HAVE COMPLAINED SO MANY TIMES AND THEY REPAIRED IT AND SENT BACK TO US AND AGAIN ITS COMPRESSOR IS NOT WORKING AND NOW I WANT IT GET TO BE REPLACED. I have registered my complain in samsung service center on vide complain no [protected] dtd 4/6/09, samsung service partner rep. came on 5/6/09 for inspection and confirmed that tomorrow they will take it to their service center and within next day it is going to be retured after filling gas on it.on 6/6/09 they came and pickedup my ac and till today(12/6/09) they havn't returned my ac neither any of the samsang supervisior are ready to talk to me nor call center providing me any superviors no.
Since yesterday Iam calling them but no responce. as we all are aware how hot Delhi is these days?
