[Resolved] Sansui DVD Model - 1401 — Non availability of remote

Hi, I puchased a DVD -Model 1401, from a Noida dealer of 'Noida Electro Appliances Gallery', bill dated 11-12-04. Things were working fine, all of sudden i missed remote of it. Now i am looking for remote of it. After making a call on your service center, customer support center employee(kapil) informed me, that they do not contain remote of old DVDs. Without remote i can never adjust colors output coming from DVD. Can uou help me regarding this? I have a sansui dvd model RZ 9830AVD and tried to unlock region but nothing happens. It keeps on showing no disc and nothing happens when you try to use the remote. What could be the problem? I have also tried to check which code to use but my model does not appear under the sansui models.
