Bought 40 inches led with 3 year warranty from sargam electronics. The display is showing lines in right side after which i lodged a complaint on 04.09.2018 for which a technician visited the site for verification and committed to replace the display within 30 days but even after 6 months there is no response from the company. While calling customer care they are providing the contact details of new concern person every time. Now it is the position that they are saying that we dont have any support from sansui and its not possible to replace the display now.

    This is to reference for my compliant no. DEL-[protected] Dated 02.11.2018 from my registed mobile no.[protected] against my sansui led tv facing the issue on display problam( dual shade disply).
    Engineer came first visited on 6/11/2018 and checked the problem for screen issue which covered under warranty. Same was reported to service center for replacement the same on regular basis.
    After that i am regular following on phone since more 3months.During the telephonic talk it was told that your TV will be changed to another because the panel of 40 panels is not available.
    I have Regularly call to Head Service incharge Mr Ajeem khan and Ajay singh [protected] . But they will refuse our call any time . This is totally unfair and harassment of customers.

    Requesting to you please take up on this priority and resolve the issue because its long pending case more than 120 days.

      Hi sir, this is sachin. I bought sansui led 40" two years back. This tv has warranty of 3 years. From last four months it's panel is damaged so i contacted customer services and they asked to submit tv to nearset service center. So i do that. There they are not having panel available with them so they sent tv to aurangabad. From last four months i am continuously following us them for the status but no single person answers me satisfactorily. Even the location head of nashik is also not having any update about the complain. So they also stopped to pick up my phone. I am completely fade up with the third class service of sansui. Anybody please help me out.

          Hello,
          I have registered 9, 10 complaints to your indian customer support team but they are not available for any help, rather than they charged me for the service without doing anything. My tv still. Got sucks and still i have paid money to your executive who visited just to see my tv. This is ridiculous behavior from your customer support team, if you guys not taking this seriously i'll have to go consumer court.
          I'm. Sending images of the tv as well as the executive visited reciept who charge me the money.

            Sir i am registered my complaint regarding my sansui led48 on 16/11/2018 after that i handover the led & bill to service centre jammu on 17/11/2018.

            After many calls they says me on today this is not service centres mistake company not provide spare parts without spare parts service center not provide service

            Please tell me what is my mistake

            My product is in warranty period

            This is very bad experience for me

              This is regarding complaint no del[protected] for sansui led. It is pending for more the four months, we have spoken to shyam lal delhi cant. Also from where it was purchased.
              Led already sent to sansui service center for part replacement at swarrop nagar, info received from sansui service center, dwarka.
              After so many follow-ups, still not get any updates and resolution.

                Hi,
                I have purchased Sansui Washing machine 20 Months back, and its drier stopped working, I registered complain on 28 Jan for the same, and technician said its motor not working, and said we will replace the motor as it is in warranty, its been already 7 Feb i didnt hear back any thing, I called multiple times to customer care bit didn't get any response yet .

                They provided Third Party No of Devash Elcetric and they are not entertaining any calls from my side .Moreover customer care executive is saying that we are not responsible for any reply . I asked them to connect me to there supervisor and they disconnected the call, Is this is how Sansui Operates, I hoped for better and longer relationship with Sansui but now onward will not purchase any product of Sansui .

                  My complaint no. Mum[protected] is been pending from last 1 month (15jan19) and nor the customer care team nor tekcare is able to solve the issue by providing relevant spare parts. The tv is under warranty still i had to pay around 750 rs. For service. This is pathetic. Don't purchase sansui product or digi1, they dont have their own service center nor they listen to customer complaints.

                    Ind [protected]. Dated 12/10/18. Till date there is no response from your side
                    I have contacted several times to your officials & 7 to 8 times to your service station located at m. P. Nagar bhopal (M. P.). They always say we will soon replace the part. Its high time to go for other measures.

                      This is to inform you that i have purchased sansui 4k led on 22/08/2017 and on 10/08/2018 their was a sound problem occurred i have launched a compliant and i have said to there service manager that my tv in under warranty you put request for replacement but he said this time will repair the tv if the again problem comes then will replace now again same problem arise and he said as you aware our company is in problem we are not able to replace the tv we will change the speaker last time also they replace the speaker but in 02 month problem arise now i want your help for replacement

I complaint first with complaint number gur[protected] with[protected]. My led was under warranty period of 1+2 years. The customer care tekcare indea pvt. Ltd. At sirsa change the defected part and charges me rs.550 as service charge.
                        No engineer or anyone came to visit at home. Still they charge rs.550 from me.
                        Kindly look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible.

Rahul electronic से ही आती है! और मुझे वहां हमेशा ही mr pal ji सम्बोधित करते है! और सही सिलेक्शन करा कर और सही रेट में दिलाते है! जो मार्किट से काफी अच्छा रेट होता है!

                          आज मैं आप का ध्यान थोड़ा मेरी समस्या के बारे में ले जाना चाहूंगा, मैंने राहुल इलेट्रॉनिक से दिनांक:-२०/०२/१६ को sansui 40th led मोडल no - smc40hb21caf & chasis no - ११०११६११०२८७६०९९७० led ली थी! जो की ५ साल की वार्रेंटी में ली थी, दो साल की बाद मुझे मेरी led में समस्या आई तो मैंने sansui customer care में कॉल logged किया! उन्होंने मुझे बताया की आप को पार्ट्स फ्री होगा पर आप को सर्विस चार्ज देना होगा, हमने उसे मान्य किया और सर्विस सेंटर से पर्सन आ कर चेक भी किया! हमने उसे rs ९५० पेड किया! पर मैंने जब उससे पूछा की जो आपने पार्ट आर्डर किया है! वो कब तक आएगा, उसका जवाब सुन कर मैं तंग रह गया क्यों उसने बोला पार्ट्स को २ से ३ महीने लगेंगे और शायद कंपनी बंद हो गई है! मुझे नहीं मालूम आएगा की नहीं! मैंने सारी बात mr pal ji बताई तो पाल जी ने भी कहा कंपनी बंद हो गयी है तो मैं क्या करू जिसे सुन कर मुझे अच्छा नहीं लगा! हमे तो 5 years बोला कर sale किया गया था!

                          मुझे आज भी rahul electronic पर पूरा विश्वास है! की मेरी समस्या का निदान जल से जल्द करेंगे, और brd service center से निवेदन है की मेरी समस्या का समाधान जल्द से जल्द करे या फिर क्या दूसरा उपाय है वो बताएं! सैन्सुई कंपनी पर भी मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है!

                            आपको सूचित करना है कि मेरे टी वी sansui 43" led, uhd tvseme439xozsa chassis no[protected] का पैनल खराब था जिसका शिकायत सँख्या : deh[protected] हैं तथा कंपनी से tv रिप्लेसमेंट होना है सूचित किया गया है । पिछले छह महीनों से टेलीफोनिक बात के दौरान कोई पॉजिटिव रेस्पांस नही मिलता है ।

                              We bought the Sansui TV in the month of January. Within 3 months the display went blank. Reported to the retailer as well as lodged a complaint on customer care. It was informed to us that the issue will be resolved, the service man will visit the place for repair. Someone came at our place and informed that the display is not working and he will come after 15 days to replace the product but since then there is no response from the retailer and the customer care. In between the retailer informed that the Sansui company is shut down.

                              We hardly used the product and still struggling to get a service and the product replacement. Need a call on [protected]/[protected]

                                आपको सूचित करना है कि मेरे टी वी का पैनल लगभग 3 माह से खराब है, जिसका शिकायत सँख्या : luc[protected] हैं। जो आज तक ठीक नही हो सका।टेलीफोनिक बात के दौरान बताया गया कि आप के टी वी को बदल कर दूसरा दिया जायेगा क्योंकि 40इँच का पैनल उपलब्ध नही है, किन्तु बङे खेद के साथ सूचित करना पङ रहा है कि आज तक मेरा टी वी ठीक नहीं हो सका।
                                अतः आप से निवेदन है कि अतिशीघ्र टी वी ठीक कराने की कृपा करें।

                                  I have been using sansui washing machine for the past 1 year, machine stopped working on sep 2018 i. E., spinner drum stopped rotating and raised a complaint through customer care on 2nd oct 2018.

                                  A technician from smv services attended the problem on 3rd oct 2018 and diagnosed as motor failure. Its take 3 month to arrange the motor after replacing it was not working. Engineer told us he will come tomorrow and fix it. After that i received a sms that my complain is close.

                                  He could not resolve the issue during his second visit, the customer care also doesn't respond properly.

                                    Engineer came and visited on 28th Oct. 2018 and explain the problem for screen issue which covered under warranty. Same was reported to service center for replacement the same on regular basis.

                                    After that i am regular following on phone since more than 55 days about the status of screen availability status but not getting positive response from your team.

                                    I have Regularly call to Mr Abhishek last 40 days (Mob. No.[protected]) But they will refuse our call any time . This is totally unfair and harassment of customers.

                                    Requesting to you please take up on this priority and resolve the issue because its long pending case more than 50 days

                                    Regarding Replacement .but they will demanding Rs. 17435/=( LED under 3 Year warranty ) they have no any LED available for replacement . and taking unlimited time for material availability.
                                    what is this . totally harassment of customers.
                                    Know we have only option for take support consumer court against this matter. no any person co-prate me.

                                      My 50" sanusi smart tv planel and board problem not yet rectified since 2 months.. Tv is under 5 years warranty, only 2 year completed. Im not geting any positive feedback from the service engineer.

                                      I want to repair my LCD TV but not able to find customer service centre nor customer care number of Sansui.
                                      Please help.
                                      I have visited as many as showroom near mty area but didn't find any information. About repair and customer service.

                                      But still I face same problem till 5.1.19

                                      I contact many time call center
                                      Contact with many officer sansui service center
                                      But still my lcd dead

                                        I purchased this sansui tablet sapphire st72 pro f11 with 1gb ram and 16 gb rom and 3000 mah battery in white colour b07jn61j2x,
                                        Serial no. [protected] through amazon india. The tablet was received on 30th november 2018.
                                        The tablet worked for 10 days and died. Now it works sometimes and dies again for a few days.
                                        This tablet was a replacement for an earlier one which was received on 20th november dead on arrival. Amazon india replaced it as it was within 10 days.
                                        The supplier in both cases is shri balaji technoworld co. Basement 1539 urban estate-2, hisar 125001 haryana.
                                        There is a one year warranty on this product. I need a replacement of this defective sansui tablet at the earliest.
                                        None of the sansui customer support nos. Work. An email to their customer support at [protected]@sansuimail.in has not been answered.
                                        Sansui India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I am having Sansui smart tv. In that YouTube some times tv is not working.
                                        Horizontal lines visible on the screen and this TV is under warrenty
