sir, my account no[protected]. i have request for customer care want net banking password til date 27/02/08 and he says dilvery my password eight working days but my password not dilvery. than i talk mr ratan dass [cc] and he says two working days after my password delvery and after two days i call customer care and talk subhangi from mumbai[cc] and she tel me sir you rerequest for password. why i am rerequest for password. plese solw my problem fast because thats why i face maney problam thanks .

saving account — Unauthorized Debit in Account

Dear Sir I am A customer of your M P nager Zone I, bhopal Branch.

Today when reached the bank and confirm my balance it was less then my expectation ,i asked the latest debits in my account and the bank officials told me that bank has deducted the charge for mobile banking.

Sir i am really very surprised that till now where i have not filled any form for such type of service then how can bank debit my account for this ,i immediately closed my account there but here i have lost my Money amounting Rs.1700/-(Approx.)

Sir I want reson for such debit from your end or i have no option but to take a leagal action towards the bank.

I am not an enemy to bank but a customer but its the question o[censored]nauthorized debit of a customers account. dear sir Please response me as soon as possible unless i have to take a legal action against the bank.

My name is Jayendra PAdia. I am sales tax officer.
I had opened saving a/c in 2000. as a salary a/c my No. is [protected] almost since three years my balance remains more than Rs. one lakh Though I had not asked i was converted to priority A/c
following charges are found illegal and requested to reverse the entries
29-01-07 rs.841/ Maintainenece charge
31-03-08 Rs.100/ Consolidated charges
31-03-08 Rs.22 service tax
I hope that my complaint will be dealt properly and action will be taken soon.

saving account — Complaint Against HDFC Bank Kalkaji Branch.

Sir,

I am operating a Saving Bank Account No. [protected] in HDFC Bank Ltd. Kalkaji Branch since a long time. I would like to bring the following to you notice and request your immediate attention.

1. I went to withdraw some money from my account on 18th June 2009. I was informed that the credit card deprtment of your brank had withheld release of money against my account.

2. I have issued a Ch. No. 331456 dt. 06/07/2009 in favour of Mr. Rishi Pal for Rs. 80, 000/-, but they have also refused the Cheque. But an amout of Rs. 98, 000/- had already stant in my account.

3. On dated 07/07/2009, I went to bank and Bank Manger didn't received my complaint letter. He refused to accept despite telephonic request from Mr. Rishi Pal.

This came as utter shaok to me as I have nothing to do with credit card department and I have never applied for credit card undetr my saving account.

I also went to credit card department amd meet to Mr. Sument, Mr. Mukesh but they were not given me any satisfactory answer to me.

There appears to be some error at Banker's, needs immediate rectification, so that I am able to operate my account and save myself from severe financial difficulty and loss of business.

I request you to plese solve my problems and lookinto the matter at your earliest. Awating your early response.

R/ Sir,
I have a Saving A/c of Jammu & Kashmir Bank. The Bank told me we are open your account in 500/- Rs. But after some time Bank 3 three times Duduct money total 600 Rs. from My account. I many round of J&K Bank but my problem not solve. I given a complaint application in bank for this problem. I am a poor man. So that u are kind on me.

Please give instruction to J&K Bank. Please solve my problem & my money deposit in my account.

As I had withdrawn Rs, 15000 on 13thJuly'09.The bank had debited Rs.10000 from mine saving A/c no.[protected].stating that i had withdrawn Rs.25000 on 13th July'09.After compalining the bank had credited Rs.10000 on 26th August'09 and bank had given the interest of Rs.43

As per the Article in economic times on 18th July'09 due to Bank ATM error the bank had to pay Rs.100 per day.After 36 days the bank had credited Rs.10000 to mine saving account

saving account — Cheating the customer Worst Bank

Dear Sir,

I have one salary account of ICICI opened by previous employer 8 years back, I have resigned from the company and since then I am not normally using this account, now they put as QTB charges 1800 (approx). Before that also they debited Rs. 900 as qtb charges.

Many time, I have requested to put as non-active account and or close the account but they did not close th account.

Now, without using this account, I will pay Rs. 900+1800=2700 to ICICI Bank. Whether I have money tree from where I can pluck the money and give these greedy bank.

Myself Naval Kishor Kukreti having two account of ICICI, the first no. xxx615, Shanthome Branch and another one is in New Delhi. The first is my current salary saving account and I am dealing all the transactions through that account. And for this Chennai account, I have no issue.

The later is New Friends Clooney Account given below which was opened by earlier employer in the year 2001 and I have resigned the job in 2005 and since then I am normally not using this account, but I have seen the balance is in the negative.

I have several times requested to close this account or put it on non-active, but my requested has been turn down. One time I had already paid Rs. 857.00 (approximate) as a QTB charges.

Now, with regret and disappointing, I want to say kindly reverse the amount so called QTB charges. As, this is really painful to see the one regular customer who always paid the regularly EMI’s of loan, credit card payment and keep the amount in you RD account, has been fined for the causes for which he had already requested several time you to close the account.

Being regular and faithful customer of your esteemed bank, now I am again requesting kindly do needful.

saving account — HDFC Bank Clarification Required

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been hold an account with HDFC Bank for the last 7-8 years. My home branch is Andheri (W) and since i stay in Bandra I had sent my sister to deposit a cheque to the Bandra Branch. For this the Bank charged me a penalty of Rs 110/- saying it is a 3 rd party deposit.

also i had deposited a cheque at the atm in Bandra and the same did not reflect in my account for almost a week so i called up the Bank Customer service dept twice to enquire the status for the same for which they told me to block the payment and re-issue another cheque. to my suprise i have been debited Rs 100/- as a penalty for two calls made to them.

I would like to know if it is right for them to do so. we are depositing money in the bank and they are charging us a penalty for it and also it is right for them to charge their customers to pay the call centre salaries.

My Saving Account in Sanganer Post Office. Saving Account Number is 433869 i have Transfer my saving account From Sanganer Post office to Heera Path Mansarover Post Office on dated 19.05.2009 but after laps of 4 months my account balance not transfer from Sanganer Post office to Heera Path Mansarover Post Office and not issued New passbook.

I contact to post master Heera Path Mansarover Post Office several time for my problem but he is not reply Satisfactory and not issued new passbook. My old passbook which is issued by Sanganer Post Office is also destroyed by post Master Heera Path Mansarover and He is tolled to visit General post office for your problem.

Kindly suggested me what is the prosier for transfer of my account.
