i am having an savings account in indian overseas bank, in uthiramerurerbranch and my a/c no
is16625 iob uthiramerurer for this a/c i am having ATMdebit card[instacash, visacard]in my name
and which valied up to 08/13 i am a retired engineer and i depend only this pension salary
on[protected].11hrs ihad been useing my IOB ATMcard in the STATE BANK OF INDIA uthiramerurer ATM center for withdral of 9500/= from that machine no money recived through machine
sorry unable to proceses in screen and a slip with details from that machine responce code 072
savings sorry unable to processes.
i have not recived the request amount from the machineand the reason is also not known to me
i am very much wooried and how am I prolong this month in the hard day as per the direction
in the slip i contactedhelp line of SBI phone no [protected] and they spoke in english or hindi not in tamil since i do not know how ever i want complaint the matter i narated the story he inform
we do not know any thing you contact either SBI?IOB uthiramerer branch Iwelcomed his answer
on[protected] I went uthiramerurer branch to draw thecash from my accont and informing the yester day action from my account 16625 IOBbranch UTR for Rs 10000/- since i am having such amount
in my acccount with bhelif the consern inchare on seaing my acccount he told how dare you submit
payinslip without such money actuly i do not know the exact possition iam very much shocked and how the machine without delivering the amount it will debit rs 9500/= from my account
in this connection i further inform that i do not know switchivation and actvaly what happened in the machineand also ihave to cater my family from this money the gentle man of IOB inform to contact
only SBI in this regard my mood was copletly frosen and i was toomuch worried about the story
i imediately went to SBI branch and inform the naration of this story and debit in the a/c state
he advice me sir IOB personel only to take approprate action not on me or our SBI branch
you plase give a letter stating the story of operation and readresal again i came IOB in this age because
of money and the need of money again told SBI maneger statement and a letter adresses to maneger IOB and to request for further action and to apporpriate help to retrive the amount from SBI by wrong action by machine till this hour can get this amountof Rs9500/= till iam woring and reporting this hard hour
at the time of giving letter to IOB incharge he told before lifting ban of sevice charge the same bank allow
other bankATM card to pay properly why not now the reason is they only have ATM at uthiramerurer and earned service charge of Rs20/= for every drawel not it is not possible so the activate not respond but to activate to arange to debit the amount is possible i asked the gentle man of IOB he says which is possible because lot of other bank people came for withdrawl they have to provied more money and also it iscreate more inconvence to them if it correct i am suffer and iam very unlucky man to have more woried about my money
If i gave a cheque without knoweing the story i am in soory state if the cheque dishoneredand i will put in lot of troubles is it required for me in this age kindly please help
1] why the IOB manager properly not advised to submit letter and why he asked me to contact SBI manager
2]even after my application why he told it is not over responsibilty it is SBI botheration
3] similar caseof application when he recived by him why he has not taken appropriate action to set right
the problem
4] who are all responsible for this
5] is way to respond consumer by IOB manager incharge
6] without the ATM why they issued card to elsewher in this free concept and previouse occation to collect service chargefrom the public and the account holder

on[protected] i contact the help line why they have not given proper help by both IOB and SBI
7] please help can i made a complient in this matterin information act where is fault occoured and who is
responsible for such suffering and what is the coorect foram to represent to avoid in feature
8]i request please take action to repay my amount early and save me from suffering
9] can when they get daily closing statement by ATM at what time if any wrong action when they set right is it 15 days long time to restore is required
nobody claims what will happen to money& to the a/c holder. Is it taken by that bank

10]why the help line personnel not giving case no is it coorect or they have to give case no

11]SBI is having 24into 7 even that they spoke only in hindi & english why not in regional laguage
12] IOB is working week day only since today contacted he reports that today is holiday and not poosble to give case no. is it so?

13] I am very much happy that SBI incharge clerly help what to do not like IOB incharge
i further request please help to restore my noney early
is it a fit case for consumer foram is so please help to restore justice i think my mental agoney is more
and what exact possion is not known of my earned hard money

RECIVE CASH FROM ICICI TRANSACTION SAVING ACCOUNT NUM :[protected] IN AMOUNT OF 4000/-RUPEES ONLY. ANOTHER TRASACTION INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK ACCCOUNT NUMBER: 1989 SP ENTER PRISES IN AMOUNT OF 4800/-RUPEES TO MY DEBIT CARD OR ACCOUNT INSTANTLY.
