[Resolved] SBI ATM Cum Debit Card — wrong deduction of amton swiping the card at united colours of benneton pase 7 mohali

on 30 jul 2008 i had done some shopping at united colours of benetton phase 7 mohali worth Rs 825/-. my card no is[protected]. the crad was swiped twice and the machine gave errorand the bill didnot come out. the money was paid in cash to the shopkeeper.the amount got deducted from my saving a/c no[protected] home br at jalandhar cantt. i had approached the bankers and sent the letter also but no action has been taken till date. thhe shop owner has also given aletter from his bankers stating that amt of Rs 825 has not been credited into their a/c. request pl help or guide necy action to be taken.thanking in anticipation. kushal dev singh Was this information helpful? SBI debit card — wrong deduction

Sir,
I would like to inform you that I.MARIMUTHU A/c holder of your bank Tuticorin Bazzar branch.A/C No:[protected] Card No:[protected]. I had visited the ATM at Perambur Railway station, Chennai on 16.02.2009 at 13.09. i selected banking cashwithdrawal option for withdrawing Rs.10000/- but the machine declined saying that it gives me message "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS - INCONVENIENCE IS REGRETTED
Rs. 10000/ has been deducted from my account. my mini statement shows the withdrawl of rs 10000/- which is wrong Please get my Rs. 10000/ credited to my account no. [protected] and card no. is[protected].
I have already Complaint to The Branch Manager, SBI, Tuticorin Bazzer, Tuticorin, Tamilnadu on 17.02.2009. But no proper reply from him. Please kindly do as soon as possible.
