[Resolved]  Sbi Atm Withdrawl From ICICI Bank Atm But Amt. Not Withdrawl & Amt Should Be Deducted — icici atm use for withdrawl money by sbi master card but during these processes link should field & amt deducted from a/c but not with drawal

i ravindernath singh a/c no.[protected] SBI ntpc korba west chhattisgarh,since13 july use icici atm use for with drawal Rs.10500 BUT FIRST TIME TRASICTION IS FAILED THEN I have try again but amt shuled be deducted both time then i will complain inbrach at atime & 2nd time at 19 sept 09 but they have not give any reply of such complain so please help me &refund my amt. m
