i have payed the 250/- rupees for SBI Exams. but i did not see the application form on the online. What can i do...

l have lost my original payment receipt of postal charge which is paid by me.i also forget my unique journal number .in this condition what i do .i also received admit card. PLEASE help me

I have lost my original payment receipt for which i paid the required amount and got my journal no.[protected]. I have got my call letter for written test and my roll no. as well. Since all the candidates has to bring their original payment receipt at the time of examination for submision and i do not have that, in this condition what i have to do.Please help me.
