i have sbi card holding number [protected].

i told by sbi credit card agent at tirupati AP that i have been offered one time finel settlement by manager payments assestents, sbi credit card office guorgaon - haryana (india) for rs 10000{ten thousand rupees only}

in spite of my request, sbi agent at tirupati AP refused to give me original one time final settlement offer letter.

i have no belief on agent because he is refusing to give me original one time final settlement offer letter.

i humbly request you sir send me the original settlement offer letter to [protected]@gmail.com.


i will immediately pay the one time settlement offer amount rs 10000 {ten thousand rupees only}
pls allow me to pay the settlement through D.D/ cheque.

they are giving me a letter saying that it is one time settlement letter.

and want only cash / D.D. for one time settlement not the cheque.

moreover i want to know if whether the letter they are giving me as one time settlement letter is fake or original.
