SBI Cards — Harassment Since December 2011 | |||
Hi, I had loged a dispute on my credit card with SBI Cards India on 30th of December 2011 but instead of resolving it they are stick to a single guideline of RBI which states the liability of payment will be mine but I have produced various facts that my case is the combination of various other guidelines according to them I am not suppose to pay agains any fraud transactions but they are not ready to respond on these facts. Reserve Bank of India has laid down rules and regulations for the banks and other financial institutions on the code of conduct of recovery process. If any of the financial institutions or their representatives harass, threaten or intimidate you in any way, we definitely can stop it by taking appropriate legal action on your behalf against such actions. This is inclusive of filing criminal complaints against those who try to harass, threaten or intimidate you as well.
