SBI Cards — Harassment Since December 2011 | |||
Hi, I had loged a dispute on my credit card with SBI Cards India on 30th of December 2011 but instead of resolving it they are stick to a single guideline of RBI which states the liability of payment will be mine but I have produced various facts that my case is the combination of various other guidelines according to them I am not suppose to pay agains any fraud transactions but they are not ready to respond on these facts.
