withdrawl through debitcard money

On 31st Dec 2011, I used SBI ATM Tuner Road, Clement Town, Dehradun to with draw Rs 2000.00 using Canara Bank ATM Bangalore and found that the transaction is cancelled. So I again tried to withdraw same amount and received the amount.Next I Checked the Mini Statement and found that the amount has been debited twice means total amount Rs 4000.00. Please clarify this complaint and credit the Balance Amount Rs 2000.00 to my account [protected].
