REFUND OF Rs. 42000 THROUGH PPO
I have to submit the following for your appropriate actions please.
2. That I had deposited Rs. 42000 vide MRO No. 0065 dt. 29 Jan 2011 with SBI Delhi Cantt but erroneously deducted by Principal CDA ( pension) Allahabad vide their PPO No. M/CORR/009036/2010 dt. 25 Mar 2011. On my representation to PCDA(P) Allahabad vide my letter no. 3677/AK/ECHS dt. 22 Apr 2011 and dt. 8 Nov 2011 , the PCDA(P) Allahabad cancelled their PPO dt. 25 Mar 2011 paving the way to refund me the deducted amount Rs.42000 by my bankers; vide their PPO No. M/CORR/3452/2011 dt. 14 Oct 2011. Unfortunately they had posted this corrigendum PPO to PDA(Link Branch) Chief Manager SBI , CPPC , Sec-7, Chandigarh. It was requested to SBI , CPPC Sec-7 Chandigarh to return/redirect the said PPO to SBI CPPC Chandni- Chowk New Delhi by me vide No. 3677/AK/ECHS dt. 9 Nov 2011 and by PCDA (P) Allahabad vide their letter No. G.1/M/MISC/VII/ dt. 25 Nov 2011. Unfortunately till date no action has been taken by them as a result I have not received Rs. 42000 deducted from my pension by CPPC SBI Chandni-Chowk New Delhi.

Kindly refer the letter cite above. At the time of opening an account in SBI Khajamalai, Tiruchirapalli it was an extension counter under the control of Bharathidasan University, Tiruchy. Subsequently it has been upgraded as Branch. Hence the Communication Accounts Officer, has addressed the above said letter to the Branch of Bharathidasan University, Tiruchy thro’ your office, without mentioning my account number. The original Branch copy (pay order) of the above said letter has been forwarded to the branch of Bharathidasan University, SBI, Tiruchy-24 on 18th November, 2011 which is proved by the Pension Cell in charge, C & I Division, SBI, Donalds Road, Tiruchirapalli 620 001. But the Accountant of the Bharathidasan University Branch SBI is telling that they have not received such letter. However I have given a request letter along with the above said letter to the Branch Manager, SBI, Khajamalai, Tiruchirpalli 620 023 and also they have been forwarded to you. No body is taking any responsible against the above letter.
Due to the above facts, I am requesting you to very kindly take further necessary action to pay the pension arrears. Those who have received the above said orders along with me have received their pension arrears and also getting the revised pension.

I have forwarded this letter on 07.02.2012 so for I have received any reply and not paid the enhanced
pension and arrears of pension w.e.f 01.07.2007.
Once again I am requesting you to kindly do the needful to pay the arrears soon on gettin the original
pension revised pay order from your SBI Branch of Bhasrathidasan University, Tiruchirapalli 620 024
