[Resolved]  SBI Debit Card — FEE EXCESS DR

I lost Rs-160 from my savings account, in that Rs 160 is debitet 3 times in 2 months from account. what is this please tell me the ansower.

I hav just lost @₹ 78, befor I visit ds web page I hv no idea abut excess Dr, bt now I get it, , I've no complain about such ds police, ,

My account has been debited of Rs. 66.00 as Excess DRS fees. What is Excess DRS fees. Please kindly refund the mentioned debited amount in my account.

I have lost my 72 ₹ for FEE EXCESS DRS. Why would you give that chargeable services and there is no information provide to customer about these hidden charges.and what is quarterly range (months) for SBI.
Customer have only one way to avoid these changes go home branch and working under traditional system.

excess drs is transaction charges beyond the free transaction debit in atm or netbanking or by app only it may be 4 for home branch and as per rule you must ask to branch of sbi
but is it is illogical other hand sbi is promoting for its net banking and paperless or self care works then why they imposed this type of charges

no benefit to approach branch they say this is computer generated charges the solution is this that not to transact to much it means bank wants we should avoid the excess transaction other way sbi wants that we should be disciple in banking i too suffered they cutted 157 rs yaar
