[Resolved]  SBI - Internet banking — Activation Problem

Sir,

I got my internet banking kit from my branch 10 days ago. But till now i am not able to login. It says "Invalid username and passowrd". And it also says "Enter valid account no. and branch name" whenever i try to lodge an online complaint in the "Trouble logging in" section..
Plz activate my online banking account as soon as possible because i am working in a remote village in assam,the nearest sbi branch being 30 kms away and the only way to access my sbi account quickly is through gprs,which i luckily manage to get there...

I had applied for internet banking with SBI a 12days ago i.e. on 2o.01.2009. But whenever I try to login with the site onlinesbi.com it says invalid username or password . my username is 11012187 kindly activate my ineternet banking a/c.

Same problem here. One week back, I applied for internet banking account. I got id and password on same day from bank. They said that account wll be activated within 24 hours but still i am waiting for it.

Same problem here. I had applied for internet banking with SBI on 29.01.2009. But whenever I try to login with the site onlinesbi.com it says invalid username or password.
I received the net banking kit on[protected]. I was told that it would activate within 24 to 48 hours but till date ie[protected] it is not working. It shows invalid user id and password. On cotacting to Mr. Sahu an employee of sbi Ashram road, Ahmedabad on[protected] I was told that some mistake was committed while filling the information and that he has now corrected it. Till today it is inoperative. I dont know when it will operate.
I think this is the time when the world is heading towards progress why the nation's biggest bank ie. SBI cannot provide efficient services to its customers. I would request the bank to provide better services to the people so that the image of bank is not tarnished

I have to transfer money to SBI account, but i have added sbi account number of my friend in Inter bank transfer (Actually i have to Choose Third Party Transfer), and mistakenly choosed ICICI option from the Drop down.
I transaction was successful and my money got Transfered.How can i get my money back?IT got transfered to wrong Account no and and bank.

Please Help...

I wanna say that i have my saving a/c in my home town i.e chandausi in moredabad district.I wanna register my accounnt for net banking.Now im in delhi, I wnna ask that can i register my a/c from delhi or not.My a/c is joint with my wife.

I HAVE ACC. AT SBI NARAINGARH.
MANAGER GIVES ME INTERNET BANKING KIT WITH KIT NO.[protected] BUT STILL AFTER WEEK ONLINESBI SAYS INVALID ID & PASSWORD PLS HELP ME MY MB NO IS [protected]
I registered for SBI internet banking on 6-frb-2009 and i got user name/password on same day. I have been told that my i-banking will be activated within 72hrs. Now after 10 days i am not able to log in even after compalining to local branch several times.
I don't know what the hell is going on and who is responsible for that.

i have applied for SBI Internet Banking on 13.1.2009 @ SBI Mohal(7884) & recived Internet Banking kit. But whenever i try to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username or password. I have complained to Branch Manager. But he always replied that the problem should be solved by mumbai office only which are net banking is operated. Last two months i am following the problem with branch manager. He is always telling the same story

I had applied for internet banking with SBI one week back and got the ready to use kit but whenever i try to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username or password and they said the account will activate within 2 days but still now i am waiting for it. I made many complaints to my branch manager at SBI, khoshbagan w.b branch. I called him but he is yet not been able to take care of it.
It feels sorry to learn that Country's largest bank offers such poor services and has no customer liability.

I also have the same complaint about the net banking. I have got the net banking kit 20 days before but still unable to login. It shows invalid username and password. All complaints to the branch are in vain.Please suggest what to do. I need net banking very urgently.
I got registered for SBI internet banking on 17th feb 2009 for my saving account No. [protected] and received the user id & password (kit no. [protected]) from the bank on the same day but while logon with the given user id and password by the bank, it gives message of invalid user name or password. I repeated the same many times but could not succeed to open the account on line. Please inlodge my complaint and do necessary for activation of my account.
