My Pension Sanctioned by the office of the Principal C.D.A.(Pension), Allahabad vied P.P.O. No.C/DAD/13/2009 and Corringendum P.P.O.No.C/DAD/CORR/328/2009 not yet paid to me. I am an military family pehsioner with PPO No. F/2764/72, from SBI LALGANJ, in UP distt. Rae Bareli, A/C no [protected]. The amount of arrear of revision from 1-1-2006 credited to my account in 2009 in lieu of 60% & 40%, are Rs16292 & Rs 17940 respectively. This amount seems incorrect.KIndly let me know correct arrear & get it credited to my account at the earliest.
I shall be highly oblised.

1. First i thank for your kind notice, my self SSS Chari, Ex-Indian Navy Sailor. I was invalid/discharged on 28 DEC 2009 and disability pension was granted by Indian Navy .

2. I am facing difficulty in receiving my pensioner benefits. From S.B.I Naval Base branch (1610), Pension account No.[protected] at INCS, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

3. The Bank manager intimated me that they hand sent those P.P.O’s {(Corrigendum P.P.O No’s: 09/97/B/D/0039/2010 and 09/97/B/D/1012/2010 dated 05 Apr 2010, (copy enclosed)} received from S.B.I, Maharanipeta Branch / CABS, Mumbai for further documentation with out taking my life certificate to Hyderabad for taking approval from higher authority because CABS/CDA (Navy) had sent corrigendum P.P.O’s instead of Original P.P.O’s. Now they are saying that they will not pay my benefits. now you please tell me sir where is the actual problem, who is it the problem creator is it SBI or CDA Navy? what action should i take? lastly the sufferer is me.

4. It is further requested that necessary need may be initiated at your end please.

drawing my pension from SBI MKB Nagar branch(7992).Recenty One Rank One Pension orders issued by the government and is being impleted by all banks for the defence pensioner. Dear Sir,

I am a pensioner and getting my pension in A/C No. [protected] according to the PPO No. WCR/91605/2007/0386 dated 25/03/2008.I am getting my pension from May-2008 regularly.

I have not received the arrears and not getting medical allowance as per the PPO.I have already given the application on 15/07/2008 and repeated reminders, but dues was not paid so far.

I have received the revised PPO due to the 6th Pay commission. Please arrange to pay the following as per the PPO.

1. The date of commencement of pension is 13-Sep-2007,but I have not received the pension from 13/09/2007.I have received the pension from May-2008The pension for the month of May-2008 was also not paid full. Please arrange to pay the pension from 13/09/2007according to the PPO/ revised PPO enclosed herewith.
2. I am entitled for the fixed medical allowance of Rs. 100 per month from 13/09/2007 according to the Railway Board letter No. PC-V/496Dated 07/02/2008 and a Seal have been fixed by Railway department on my PPO No. WCR/91605/2007/0386 dated 25/03/2008. A copy of the PPO and Railway Board letter is enclosed herewith for reference.
I declare that I am living at Prop/No. 98 East Laxmi Market near Guru Angad Nagar Delhi-110092,which is more than 3 Km’s from the nearest Railway Hospital.

Please arrange to pay the above at an early and oblige.

SBI — pension credited to my account is less

It is submitted that I 669375-s Sgt S.P.Sharma Af/fit retried from Indian Air Force and getting my pension from SBI branch through A/c no [protected]. I came on discharge from Indian Air Force w.e.f.[protected] after serving 20 years of service and my basic pay was fixed at Rs.2500 vide PPO No.08/14/B/CORR/05238/2001 which was later on reset at Rs 2463 vide PPO No.08/14/B/CORR/23037/2008.After the 6th Pay Commission my Basic Pay was fixed at Rs.5790, whereas the pension being credited to my account is Rs 5568 (Basic Pay) which is for the persons served for 19 yrs only. Due to this mistake I have received lesser pay then for what I am entitled.

As I have not drawn my pension regularly so it has came to my notice very lately, i have made an application on 6-7-2010 but there office at chandigarh has not responed to my application till date.So it is requested to your good self help me and instruct the bank to correct this mistake if any on record and kindly credit my remaining pension to my account accordingly with intrest whatever is due to me on the amount not credited to my account right from the day of this mistake is done by the bank/Your Office.

SBI — Regarding Pension of my father in law

Sir, I will expalin u in short. My father in law retired from ITBP in ear 2006. he expired on 15 Mar 2008. he was getting his pension which was then onverted to fanily pension after a long process in the name of my mother in law. Now in July 09, my mother in law received the arrears of pension as well as pension as per new pay ommission, but the complete amount was in the name of my father in law. however the family pension is coming in my mother in laws account. The acount of my father in law was terminated after the death certifiate was given to the bank. and the bank is prestigious bank of India "SBI". Now my mother in law is in tension to receive that amount. Its alraedy a year to runbehind the bank but no fruitull results.
Now i can expect some help from u.
The PPO of my father in law Mr Mahabir singh rawat is[protected] A/c no [protected] and the SBI branh ode is 0000739.The a/c no in which pension is coming is [protected] in the name of mrs Lila Rawat.
The bank says they had send a letter no. Pension/2009-10/Migr/890 dated 15 Mar 10 to SBI, Centralised Pension Processing Centre for the querry, but no reply had ome yet.
Please (R) please help the old women as she is on the edge of marriage of her youngest daughter.

I, Rohtash Kumar Jain S/o Sh. Moti Ram Jain, have resigned DMW Patiala on technical ground. My parent organization is accepted my technical resignation on dated 10/10/2007.

vide referred above, Diesel Loco Modernisation Works/Patiala has been issued three PPO regarding the pension as per revised scale, 6th CPC . Detail of pension is as given in table below.

(i) As per old PPO, Dated 02.04.2008- Monthly Pension w.e.f. 11.10.2007:
Old original pension Rs. 4845/-, Commuted portion Rs. 1938/- Net Pension after commutation Rs. 2907+dearness relief on original pension as admissible time to time.
(ii) As per revised old PPO, Dated 20.06.2009 -Monthly Pension w.e.f. 11.10.2007:
Old original pension Rs. 7793/-, Commuted portion Rs. 3117/- Net Pension after commutation Rs. 4676+dearness relief on original pension as admissible time to time.
(iii) As per revised PPO, Dated 31.07.2010- Revised Monthly Pension w.e.f. 11.10.2007:
Revised original pension Rs. 12245/-, Commuted portion Rs. 3117/-(from 11.10.2007 to 10.10.2022) and Rs. 1781/-( from 30.07.2010 to 29.07.2025) Net Revised Pension after commutation Rs. 9128 + dearness relief on original pension (i.e. Rs.12245) as admissible time to time w.e.f. 11.10.2007.

Till now I have not received the revised pension and pension arrear.

My pension branch Manager SBI, Kashmire Gate has already send my pension file to Manager SBI, Chandni chowk against file no 127, Letter no. PEN/134, Dt.25.07.09 to revise pension as per revised PPO.But no action has been taken so far.

The above said amount to be deposit (Transferred) in my Saving A/C No.[protected] of State Bank of India (05715) inter state bus terminus, Kashmere gate, Delhi-110006.

May please arrange to review the monthly pension & Pension arrear as per revised PPO and arrange to pay revised Pension & pension arrear as early as possible.

I was drawing my pension through SBI Agriculture devlopment Bank, Jhinjhak Kanpur ( Dehat ) U.P. I am retired from Indian Navy sailor and my P.P.O no. is B/s/9/97/01656/dated 21/06/2001. I was getting my Pension from aug 2001 to July 2008 on regular basis. but W.E.F- Aug 2008 my pension is not being credited in our account. when I came to know that our pension is not being credited in our account, I lodge written Complain to branch manager SBI Jhinjhak, Dist- Kanpur - Dehat ( U.P ). and there after i have written 04 in nos. application but till to date i have not found any solution .
