[Resolved] SBI Pension — NON RECEIPT OF REVISED PENSION | |||
Dear Sir , I am a pension holder being PPO NO. LMG/PEN/ELEC/198 (SB A/C. NO. [protected]) received a pension revised order from The Sr. Divisional Accts. Officer ,DFM , N.F.Railway Lumding dated. 03.04.2012. The letter was received by me on the month of May ' 2012. But till date I have not received revised pension portion from the Bank , for which I fail to know the exact amount if increased . I have asked number of times to our accountant SBI and he expressed he cann't do anything because the matter was handled by SBI , CPPC , Kolkata . The letter was issued by SBI , Ashoknagar to the name of SBI , CPPC , dated. 10.07.2012. But surprisingly no action has been taken , I cannot understand the reason of delay and to whom I have to approach. Thanks Karabi Mazumder M+91 [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Check that the BSR code and other bank details are correct on your revision order. For more details you can contact Central Pension Accounting Office (cpao.nic.in)toll free [protected]. But for that you must have a new 12 digit PPO number coz they will ask for the same at the time of your inquiry. Hope this will help you
