[Resolved]  SBI saving account — fake signature gchq's cash

working in PU Chandigarh, in the year 2006 self chq withdrawals from my saving account State bank of india, sector 14 Pu Branch chandigarh, sum of rs. 1, 60, 000/- without my permision & signature & complaint was filed in police and consumer court, but still no results. consumer court says this is daily working mistake and banks is not liable for refund the money.
and case was dissmissed
