[Resolved]  SBM — NEW USER NAME & PASSWORD NOT WORKING FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS

I am having my salary account with STATE BANK OF MYSORE, St.Thomas Mount Branch.

Three months back, I went to Branch and submitted written application for online banking. The same day, they given me one covered envelop having my online banking USER ID and PASSWORD.

The bank manager of St.Thomas Mount branch told me that, I can start using my ONLINE SBM from 3rd day. When, i tried to log in using ONLINESBM.COM website, I got an error saying that, 'INVALID USER NAME OR PASSWORD' . I contacted the manager over phone and informed him about the error i am getting while loggin in. He assured me that, he will rectify the same in a day.
But, he did't rectified the same.

Thereafter, I went to branch and reported him about the problem so many times also i have contacted so many times for the past 3 months.Lastly on 25-nov-08 also i went to bank regarding the same, still he is saying the same word that he told me three months back that, 'I will correct it in a day'.

But, as on today ( 30-Nov-08), it is not yet rectified.

See, how much lazy and non-responding mangers are there in public servicing organizations.

Here I am bit vary of giving mail adresses etc.,
As on today( 24-Mar-09 ), State Bank of Mysore, St. Thomas Mount Branch not able to provide me the Corrected USER NAME and PASSWORD, which is not working since Sep 08.

Even after, once in three days of repeated followup with the concerned person who is dealing the netbanking user name and pasasword I am still yet to get corrected password.

Even after taking this much of very long days to correct the problem i detailed, still he is saying a story.
Yesterday, he said that, like me they are having more than 150 customers whose user name and password is not a status of correctable. They are in plan of providing a new username and password for
all the cusotomers whose username and password is not working from the day first.

But yesterday, I pointed out their Irresponsible activity and i denied not to provide me any further username and password as I am not satisfied with their service.

A week bak back, I went to Branch and submitted written application for online banking. The same day, they given me one covered envelop having my online banking USER ID and PASSWORD.

The bank manager of Vidyaranyapura branch told me that, I can start using my ONLINE SBM from next day. When, i tried to log in using ONLINESBM.COM website, I got an error saying that, 'INVALID USER NAME OR PASSWORD' . I contacted the manager informed him about the error i am getting while loggin in. He told me that you can login from tommorow.

But, as on today ( 05/05/2009), it is not yet rectified.

See, how much lazy and non-responding people are there in public servicing organizations.

I have operate atm at corporation bank placed at robertsonpet kolar gold field to withdraw my salarysum of Rs. 12, OOO (TWELVE THOUSAND ONLY) On[protected] around 3-30 pm due to some error in atm machin
I have not get amount and debited on the printed slip but on slip ' USER UNAVAILABLE' is observed. So the above amount debited in my account kindly check the same and arrange to receive the amount.

A 2 Months back, I went to Branch and requested for online banking. Then he called 3 days later and handover me a kit and told u can login tomorrow.

That time it was working but when i enter profile password and try to re-loggin, then one msz come ivalid User name Or Password then i contact to Branch manager he has issued new kit which User name was same and only password have to use printed on kit.

But when i am putting the printed password that one not accepting. one msz is coming reenter correct password that one printed on kit given by branch.

Then again contacted, but there is no responce, still not handeling Mobile.

My Branch Manager at vadagan -belgaum has given me internet kit. but after login it is not working.
To-day morning, i visited B.Manager once again. He told me that it is working. But when tried to login it is not working. Really I wonder what the internet banking kit cards given nationalised bank is not working.
New User Id & Password, Once i got LOGIN, but after login i made a mistake that, I gave same words for User ID & Password. Now i cant login since it is telling invalid password.

SBM — Server connection

Sir

I am unable to connect to the server of www.onlinesbm.com since 2 days personal PC . What might be the reason for such an error?

The Error Message is "The server at www.onlinesbm.com is taking too long to respond "

Pls guide.
