Dr. Cindy Val informed me that the funds have been deposited with Heath Row Freight Express who will send the draft to me after I send the delivery charges to Heath Row Freight Express. I informed Dr. Cindy Val that I rewuire a definate proof may be scan copy of the draft before I send the payment of delivery charges to Heath Row. So far I have not received any definate reply to my mail from Dr.Cindy Val.
