Dear Angelina Ivanovska,

With regards to the screening and soft probe which was conducted on your application by our International Careers Department, your qualification was found suitable for the position of Foreman which was offered to you.

HR DEPARTMENT,Shell Oil U.K. Limited does hereby officially confirm your appointment with Shell London, United Kingdom based on the terms and conditions laid down below:

YOUR MONTHLY SALARY (After Tax)
GBP3, 800 (Three thousand eight hundred GBP) Only-Monthly after tax)

OTHER EXPENSES
You will be reimbursed by our Company for reasonable moving expenses incurred only as a result of relocation and procurement of your travel documents, medicals etc.

DISCIPLINE
The employee recognizes the right of the SHELL OIL U.K. LIMITED to discipline staff for infringement of company regulations; however the company shall formally discuss with the employee any disciplinary action to be taken thereafter which may result in suspension, termination or dismissal.
CONTRACT TERMINATION
In addition, the company reserves the right to terminate your employment if you flagrantly or repeatedly fails to comply with the company's code of conduct or commits an offense of a magnitude that the company considers you unsuitable to be in your employment.

WORK HOURS
The working hours shall be 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday Inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays and Gazette public holidays shall be rest days. However, if you work on shift you may have different work hours and rest days other than Saturdays and Sundays.

WEEKEND/ HOLIDAY DUTY ALLOWANCE:
Where you are required to be on duty on Saturdays, Sundays and
Gazette public holidays, you will be paid as follows:
Total Performance: 9.0%- for work done for 6hours and above
Partial Performance: 4.5%- for work done for 3 hours but not up to 6 hours
Transport Allowance: GBP90.00 per day worked
Meal Allowance: GBP120.00 per day worked
Presence Weekend (PW), this rule will apply to periods arising from delays in evacuating the field, location site or office according to the arrangements subsisting between the SHELL U.K. LIMITED and your Department.

SHIFT ALLOWANCE:
SHELL U.K. LIMITED shall pay you shift allowance o[censored]SD1,080 only per shift to if you work on shift either in the offices or fields.

COMPASSIONATE LEAVE
In the event of death or serious illness of your father, mother, wife husband or child,or any of your relatives necessitating your presence, SHELL U.K. LIMITED shall grant you compassionate leave with pay up to a maximum of 21 working days per year.

VACATION
You shall be authorized Four (4) times paid vacation during the term of the contract, to be used at the employees 'discretion after duly informing and receiving approval from employer's management. SHELL will pay for your travel expenses (i.e. flight tickets) and flat rate travel allowance of 1, 500GBP.

YOUR U.k. WORKING AND TRAVELING DOCUMENTS PROCESSING/GUIDANCE
As one of the selected candidates, we have forwarded a Copy of your Employment Letter to the U.k. Immigration Services for endorsement and to enable them assist us in the procurement and acquisition of your U.K. Subject to Regularization (STR) Visa and Work Permit which will enable you to live and work with us here in United Kingdom.


The under listed are the requirements for processing of your Subject to regulation Visa (STR VISA)/Temporal Work Permit (TWP).


1. SCANNED COPY OF YOUR INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT,
2. RECENT PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH.
3. BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
4. SCANNED COPY OF YOUR HIGHEST DEGREE EDUCATION CERTIFICATE.
FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR UK ENTRY AND WORK PERMIT BY THE UK IMMIGRATION DIRECTORATE.

Meanwhile you have to send those requirements as soon as possible to enable us commence with the processing of your traveling documents which we will send to you together with a duplicate of your employment letter meaning that you have to send us your postal address were we will deliver those packages to you.

Note: As soon as you have procured your relevant traveling papers from the U.K Immigration Authority you shall embark on your trip to U.K. to take up your duties with Shell U.K. Limited.
