my mail id since 3 months unable to login. how th login my id take action urgently.

Hi, as per sify they close sify mail services and i m not able to access sify account. I want to take backup of my sify account. How can i take this ? In sify.com there is no any login form. Can anyone help me on this? Thanks in advance.
