[Resolved]  Sify Mail — login failure

Dear sir,

i have an account on sify from last ten years
now a days I am facing problem on login fail due to some credintial issue what is this how i get overcome this problem
please help name [protected]@sify.coa. or send my all emails and documents in my other alternative id, [protected]@yahoo.co.in

I am using sify i.d. from last 7 years, but sorry to say I am facing problem to open my mail i.d. (manthan.[protected]@sify.com) from last 25 days, This is an request to rectify the technical error, give the time limit when it will be resolved.
