Hi,
I am using sify broadband in Airoli for more than 5 months now.
last month my plan was changed without my consent and charged me wrongly for their mistakes for which i have to follow up with them.
Also they charge high installation charges along with line maintainance charges..
My user id is-pratappv
The customer care service is also pathetic and nobody bothers, all they do is just give you tag id.

Bijit jha whose name is provided for Mumbai region doesn't respond to your problems.
I request all others PLEASE DON'T GO FOR SIFY CONNECTION. IT's waste of money and they will harass you by getting your plans recharged in some other oplan and then you have to run from one pole to another for getting it corrected.

I had typed my company name instead of Sify name in Company/Producut Name text box, It is not EDS it is SIFY, sorry for that...

It is pathetic, if you give call to customer service([protected]) no one will be there to assist you. If you give a call to Jaynagar Sify office (residential connection [protected]) they intern transfer the call to some other branch and they say sir this is Vasanth nagar brach and he gives one more number (technical support - [protected]). when you give a call to technical support directly, they dont know how to behave with the customer. He was asking me what do you think yourself !!!. Sify doesn't have process to follow, no clear direction. I am going to file a case in Consumer court

I am using the Sify Board Band Connection form more than 3 years. First of all I want to tell you that it's my second mail to the Sify staff regarding to the improper Sify Board Band service.



From past 3 days I was not ale to use my Sify internet connection, when I tried to login, I am encountering with the error BB101. I usually use the internet connection at night time because during day time I am in the office. So, I am not aware of the status of internet connection during the day time.



On 25th May 2008 when I tried to connect to Sify Board Band service, I was able to connect but I was not able to open any of the website, it's not working and usually the speed of the internet is also very slow.



On 26th May 2008 at night when I tried to connect to Sify Board Band Service I again encountered by the same error BB101. I want to bring one thing in your notice that at night no one is there in the Sify office in sectror-5 to handle the customer's complaint.

So, on the same day I filed my complained in the Sify Customer Care and was given a Case Id number 6949590 and they told me that we would resolve the complaints with in 12 hours, which I really think and feel that it's more then enough because may be customer is having some urgent work and require the internet connection badly.



But the things did not come to an end here on 27th May 2008 when in the morning I tried to connect to Sify Board Band service I again encountered with the same problem i.e BB101. I called to Sify staff which is located in sector-5 Rohini at 10:30am, they told me that they were sending some technical person to my home at 11:00am, I waited for the whole day but no one came and in this way by doing the fake promise they made the customer fool.



On 28th May 2008 I again tried to login into the Sify Board Band Service in the morning but still faced the same problem of BB101.

Today, on 31st May 2008 also I still faced the same problem of BB101.


Now, it's my personal request to you please give me the answer of the following questions:



1. Why person want to have personal internet connection at home?

2. When the person giving the payment of the bill on time, don't you think the right should be given to the customer to avail the full service properly?

3. Customer care people need 12 Hours to resolve the complaint, as far as my case is concern it's more than 34 Hours but the problem is on the same point where it was 3 days before, I think the word customer care has changed its meaning.

4. Why the Sify staff members of Rohini Sector-5 make the fool of the customer by doing fake promises with customer and why we required to call them twice, thrice or some many times with regard to our problem. I am really not getting one thing if they would tell the customer that they would require so much time to sort out customer's complaints, than I don't think that the customer would going to kill them but yes there must be some specified time limit for resolving the problem.



I also know that it's neither your mistake nor I am blaming you for all that but I wanted to bring into your notice the pathetic service of Sify Board Band service in the region of Rohini Sector-1 New Delhi 110085. So, its my humble request to you to please look into the matter as soon as possible otherwise if the customer would carry on to suffer in this way then defiantly it will effect the good will of Sify which may in turn will reduce its customer by making them diverted toward other internet proving vendors.

SIFY BROADBAND SERVICE IS ONE OF THE MOST THIRD RATED INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS IN INDIA
LAST MONTH FOR ABOUT 25 DAYS I HAD NO CONNECTION AT HOME, AND WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE THEY TELL ME THE CABLE IN MY AREA HAS BEEN STOLEN, BUT THEY HAD NU CLUE WHEN IT WUD BE OK, IT TOOK THEM ABT 25 DAYS TO CORRECT THE PROB AT THE COST OF MY PRIORITIES ... THEN END OF THE MONTH I GET A BILL OF 400 RS, I CALL UP THE CUSTOMER CARE AND ASK THEM WHY I HAVE RECEIVED THE BILL FOR 400 RS WHEN THE CONNECTION WAS OUT OF SERVICE FOR ABT 25 DAYS LAST MONTH, THEY SAID ITS THE CABLE OPERATORS FAULT SO I SHUD TALK TO HIM, ICALL THE CABLE OPERATORS UP, THEY SAY ITS SIFY'S FAULT, I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN, NOT INTERESTED TO HEAR THEY ASK ME TO SEND AN E MAIL COMPLAINT . I DO THAT ASKING FOR A COMPENSATION OR A BILL FOR 5 DAYS ONLY BCOS I CUD NOT USE THE INTERNET CONNECTION FOR MORE THAN 5 DAYS LATS MONTH BCOS OF SIFYS PROB, THEY GIVE ME CONENCTION BACK, AND NOT EVEN 3DAYS HAVE PASSED I LOSE MY CONNECTION AGAIN
NOW I DUNNO WHERE TO GO AND COMPALIN TO WHICH IN SIFY!!!
THESE PEOPLE R 3RD CLASS, i am sick and tired of this, more over i have paid them rs 2000 for installation, i will not get it back if i ask them for a pull back of connection ... and the cable operators r also taking me for a ride, they r very rude, and dont attend ur calls if they know its u who is calling and i[censored] have a prob, cos they dont wan to work

Sify board band connection — Customer care people do not response properly

I was trying to replace my sift board band connection. I called them before 3 days.
did not get any response. every time they stuck my call.

Sify Broadband — Pathetic service & faulty usage

Hi All,
I want to share information about how pathetic service sify broadband provides. They are working in my area through franchisee who dont provide service of standards corresponding to money paid by us. First of all sify should be take care of their customers by selected good enough franchisee. My franchisee Mr. Prasad is not worth doing the business as a sify franchisee.
I got a 3 month pack from them. And usage of 150MB is allowed free per day in the pack which I have taken. ( for which i am charge Rs 1800 though the charge of the pack is 1500 Rs, Rs 300 being his charge of service - ) When there is some problem with the connection my service provider never picks call. If I call the customer care of sify the next day their executive will come without calling me and will reach my house to solve the case.
Now this 3 month pack got over in a period of less than one month. Since the transaction of data downloaded by me per did show 600MB, 800MB 300Mb roughly many time. ( if i download more than 150MB per day then I am charge with 1 day loss for each 25MB over this 150MB). So I was charged for data that I didnt downloaded. Pathetic service. I tell you.
And the reason provided to me was told that i didnt log off the connection properly.
I dont feel like writing more. Pathetic service.

Sify Broadband — A Tired User of SIFY Broadband

I am one of the Sify Broadband user from last 2 years. The Inappropriate support from SIFY Customer Care as well as Distributor made my life pathetic.

In last two months, I have made several calls & lodged several complaints through mail but hardly get any constructive response . It has really become a pain for me not only monetorily but also mentally to tackle SIFY Broadband Services.

I am unable to understand to whom should I approach for assistance, sothat I couls save my Money as well as get a peace of mind.

Through this mail, I am also requesting all my Friends to think twice before taking internet connection of SIFY. They will make the life miserable like ours.

yeh, in airoli there are 2 sify operators, one in sector 8 and one in sector 4.
the operator of sector 8, , some netlink communications are truly dumb peoples.. poor service, dont do enewals in time, waste of time and money.

i have taken 5net in airoli in sec 19 from sec 4 airoli office... dude its far better then sify.. so all guys in sec 19, sec14 go for 5net broadband low cost and 1 mb speed with lan..

Sify Broadband — pathetic service

For last 2 days i am not able to access the internet facilities due to pathetic connectivity.
they are charging additional 50 rs as line maintenance charge and are not at alll up to the mark. after every few seconds it says that local cable is unplugged and i am not able to log in. Customer care services are really very poor.. they will make you wait for a long time and after that thay will say that they will contact you within one hour. But there is no call back from them. AT the time of recharge they call me daily asking me to recharge.
there are several other issues that creeps in between from time to time.
This is the worst broadband connection i have ever seen. Airtel connectivity is not available in my area so i had to opt for this bogus brand.
I would suggest everyone not to opt for Sify's connection.
I hope some actions must be taken after reading this.

Sify Broadband — Internet doesn't work, Customer care do not respond, slower speed than gave payment

Dear Sir/ M'am,

We have taken internet from Sify broadband and we are really having problems from their services. They took installation fee of Rs 500 and just brought wires and did not do any installation.

Then, the internet did work for 2 days with very slow connectivity of around 180 kb/sec when it should be 384 in daytime and 512 at night.

After 2 days, it stopped working and they do not respond to mails and their customer support is also pathetic. We took internet for 3 months at the moment and we have really got pissed off with their service.

Please do let me know how should we proceed on the consumer court.

Yes, I fully agree with it. Sify's broadband service is very pathetic. I have taken a connection 3 months' back at Mira Road area by paying a big amount towards connection charges plus 3 months' charges. Hardly I could use it for 10 - 15 days and since there is monopoly on broadband connections, people in a particular area do not have a suitable alternate also.

    Dear sir,
    I have never seen such a poor service by any company in my life time.For the last few days I am getting the problem of local area connection, I have complained a lot say about 34 phone calls but all my complaints have fallen on deaf ears.The only assurances I receive is "YES SIR AAJ HO JAAYEGA"
    Now I am fedup with all the assurances, if you can help me please help me out.

    I have faced same problem. This is worst service. Net gets disconnected for every 4-5 minutes.

      Hi,

      My account id is sonal_18. I took Sify Broadband on 16th of June 2009 and had terrible problems thereafter.

      My connection used to get disconnected every 2 days and the reason i got was connectivity error because the franchisee people didn't connect it properly.

      Ultimately on 30th of June 2009 i got my connection disconnected for 4th time which never returned before 4th of July for which i was promised extra time on broadband (never ever given).

      The most harrasing part is:
      1. I never got any refunds or extra hours.
      2. I had to call 1000 times to Sify and Franchisee and Sify people used to come during my office hours and say you are not in home how will we check?
      3. When asked to come at 6, very adamant and used to say working hours till 5 pm only.
      4. One day i had to stay at home for them the whole day waiting till 5 pm and then they arrived at 8 in the evening (after wasting my whole day) and restored my connection and even took a sign that it was my fault that i don't stay at home during afternoon so my connection is restored after 4 days. What the hell man!!!
      5. The franchisee never picked up phone after 5 pm so no use of calling them after repeated disconnections.
      6. Call sify and they say will be solved within 24 hours which never happens as i explained.

      Atlast i asked for a refund and i was given the reply there is no refund of installation.

      I lost Rs. 520 (fee monthly), Rs. 100 (line maintenance), Rs. 500 installation. All in all Rs. 1120 lost.

      Ultimately i took Airtel Broadband and i am very happy with their service.

      The Franschise of Sify i am talking is at Jwala heri, Lamba Complex. People involved from their side:
      Sanjay:[protected], Kamal:[protected], Mr. Vijay from Sify:[protected], [protected] and Mr. Amit from Sify:[protected].

      These people should be booked for Fraud before some other person is duped of his hard earned money.

      BEWARE OF SIFY AND NEVER TAKE THEIR SERVICES.

        I am appalled with the service offered by Sify Broadband. My net
        has not been working since 27th of June, 2009 and every day I have been religiously complaining to their call center. I have been repeatedly told that a technician will fix the issue, but till date no one has shown up.

        I visited their office in Vashi, and they directed me very impolitely to their office in Vile Parle. I spoke to Mr. Amey Kirtane in Vile Parle. He was too busy attending his personal calls and finally told me he will have his team leader from Airoli call me back--which as not happened so far. When I asked for his team leader's number I was not provided with the same.

        Finally after much argument, I was provided with the team leader's number who now says that the complaint has been forwarded to Sify customer care, but I have been asked to wait for another 2-3 weeks before the account is closed and my money is refunded. I don't trust these guys one bit. They are not even telling me the balance in my account.

        All I now want is a refund of whatever money I have in my Sify account as of 27/6/2009, so that I can obtain the services of some other subscriber, but the company is making me run pillar to post.

        Sify Broadband — Internet down since 3 weeks.

        I reside in Goregaon East. My sify connection fails to work. Even after repeatedly calling the sify customer care no one shows up, no one calls, no one cares.

        Sify Broadband — cheater and fraud

        I taken sify connection 1 month ago. they taken 1500Rs installation charges and 504Rs for one month packege. they promiced me that they will give 24hrs service as i am applying for jobs.after two days of starting the connection problem started.from 9:00am to 10:00pm connection was unavailable. service was available in night.and night was happy hours that is free.then why should i pay 504Rs per month? problem was because of loadshading.But they did not cleared me about this problem prior to filling the form.i told them to return my money.but they are refusing.I am very tensed about that.Now i am going to do complaint in consumer court.i will not leave them.any of you willing to go for this service, dont go for this option.their customercare service is so pathetic that even after registering the complaint they did not took any action.

        Sify — Fraud account

        I Gagan Dhingra took a new connection from We Creative broadband(dealer of sify broadband)at Gail Society on 4th march 09 from kendriye vihar, sector-56 at the paymen.t of[protected] installation+800monthly).My account was
        created on some other name without my consent.Even my password
        was not given me which is my confidential asset.On complaining about the same to sify customer care they told me that yes your a/c info.and password is your personel asset which cannot be created without your consent.They suggested me to write a written complain
        on [protected]@sify.com.Idid the same on 5Marcho9.even to harrass me they disconnected by connection for a day.Thereafterat my regular complaints at sifycustomer care my connection was restared.still my account fraud complaint is pending and i doubt this connection is being misused for some anti social acts.Kindly teach these peolle a lesson to save the truth which still prevails in this world.

        Sify Broadband — Fraud

        I applied for Sify Broad Band Connection at RC 31, Khoda Colony, Ghaziabad (UP), Their Executive (Sanjay) Visited the above Said Address, when I asked for the Set up of Internet Connection. He said it would be better if You install 2 Redioes Connection (Neno) worth Rd 6, 000/- Each, then We Gave them Money for that Radioes Rs. 12, 000/- and that Radioes were purchased by Mr. Sanjay who Works for Manoj (Manoj is the Owner) then He Said, there would be no Problem in future because this connection would be point to point Connected and Range of these Radioes would be 5 KM and Distance from our place to their Server is Merely 1.5KM.
        Then they also said that These radioes are also Water Proof and Gaurantee is also being give to you for 1 Year. Then these radioes have been creating so many problems for us. I have sent it two times in the Service Centre. I am prepaid Customer and already Paid for the Service Plane Thrice Rs. 1100/- PM, but in this Period of three Months I have not used the Service in the Continuation for 15 days for Each Month. Now they are saying they can not provide the service and saying change Your Service Provider and not giving the Money for the Entire Loss Including radio and Mental Harassment. Now I have called a thousand times on their number. Now they are not picking up my Call. Consumer Court is Only the Place Where I can get Some Help and get the Compensation from them.

        Sify Broadband — internet is most of the time down

        dear sir madam
        i have recently taken a connection from sify broadband and paid a NON- REFUNDEABLE deposite of rs 2000.00 half the time the connection is not working . i have contacted sifry in regards to this everytime i make a complaint the connection works for half a day and it stops i am fed uo of this and now since the deposite i made in non refundable i am stuck and the 24/7 customer care that they have very rarely answers their phone. plz suggest me what to do cos i am stuck now i pay 950.00 a month for unlimited axcess but i get only about 15-20 days of axcess

        Ya I m also from Sector 56. and In the month of Feb 2009, I have given the amount of Rs. 1800 to We Creative sales man for sify broadband. connection was installed but from the foirst day, i m suffering from speed problem. no proper spped is there for Internet. and then I approached higher authority. I meet with deepu and miss anisha who are looking for gurgaon at we creative but they are not provided me with suitable response. and now i m thinking that i have wasted on sify connection for the last 10 months. better to take MTNL. Sify Sucks...MTNL Rocks...willl taking MTNL Broadband from December..

        So Guys n Gals, pls don't go for sify anymore and enjoy the MTNL.

          I am a sifi broadband home user. I am using this service since last 6 months. My package is 400 mb free for day and night unlimited downloadding. I tell all of you not to use this service at all. I have many complaints for this service.<br />
          1) These peoples simply plays with their customers.<br />
          2) Many times in this half year I experienced that their server remains down in the night only where due to my day duty I needs to use internet in night and i come to know that due to server problem I cant use the inetrnet.<br />
          3) Whenever I makes a call first of all no one responds to it. Secondly their executives talks like they dont needs the business and simply because they are sitting there so they are forced to attend the call.<br />
          4) Even if they submit the complaint no one gives feedback on that.<br />
          5) Many times their representative takes renewal ammonut and he never renews the account in 7 to 8 days also. If I am making a call he never picks the call and after so may tries he swith off his mobile.<br />
          6) Many times if I want to use the internet always I experiences the server down problem.<br />
          Through this complaint I am appealing every one not to use this service. These people are fraud.<br />
          The representative has taken Rs. 550/- from me on 20.06.2009 and now its 6 days (26.06.09) he has not renewed my ac. Till the date he kept on telling me that he will renew tommorrow tommorrow and tommorrow, now he is telling that it is not possible and some other resons he is telling. And now at last he has switched off his cell phone so that I should not call again.<br />
          If such is the service provide by SIFI BROAD BAND how can we trust on them.<br />
          <br />THESE PEOPLE ARE MAKING A FOO OF CUSTOMERS, THEY ARE CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS. LETS BUOCOTT THIS SERVICE AND TRY OTHER SERVICE. ITS MY APPEAL TO EVERY ONE.<br />

            Extremely rubbish and worst customer care by Sify Broadband

            My internet connection is not working since 10 days, still waiting for response from customer care.

Sify is taking money from the customer without any record.Please whoever can read this message, Never try sify broadband. this is the worst service provider.

            Sify has very poor services in terms of service provider and speed also.

            I am a Sify broadband user.
            Vendor through which we taken connection is ARN Net & Computers. Their services are pathetic. Whenevr you call this guy he says call at customer care. Then why is he charging Rs 50 per month for services. I think This vendor should be banned immediately.

            Then, I did first complaint on 8th October 2009 at sify customer care and I was being told that It will get resolved within 12 working hrs. I did not hear anything from there side.
            I did second complaint on 12th October 2009 but again no action taken.My account got due for renewal on 13th October 2009.

            On 16th I got a call that you need to renew your account. When we told about the scenarion to the person they said this is a problem with the vendor not with the Customer care.

            I have done the complaint to the head office as well but no solution has been provided yet. I am still looking for their action on my complaint.

            Respected Sir,
            I undersigned is the user of your service from last 09 months. Thank you very much to provide us the service of Broad band from last 06 month positively. I would like to state my compliant regarding your interrupted net service & local customer care partners.
            Sir, there are around 04 net connection of your company in my area and are governed and connected through my house. Till December 09 your net service was up to the mark but from 1st jan, 2010 all net connection except mine are working properly.
            In spite of repeated call for repair/ sorting of disrupted net connectivity to your local customer support department namely Netking Broadband situated Near Priyaka Earth Movers, K.B. Road, New Bhendipada Chawk, Ambernath (west) my problem has not been cleared. Many a times they don not bothered to respond our call. It seems that most of the time they deliberately ignore our calls. Even though if he answer our calls they deliberately avoid to sort out the problem.
            Recently on 14th Jan 2010 at around 7:30 pm I called him regarding disrupted net service he simply answered that he will visit my house. But till 11.00 pm he didn’t turned up. I was shocked to know that he even didn’t turned up next day also. After trying phone calls again and again I Finally personally visited his office in evening but unfortunately office was closed at that time. After repeated call once he visited my house at around 8.30 pm on 15th jan 2010 but couldn’t provide proper solution to the disrupted connectivity problem. they advised me to formate my pc which was done on same day.
            After couple of day again same problem has arrived & is continued till date .Following are the cell no . of the Netking Broadband staff. [protected] &[protected]
            under such circumstances I was told by local partner i.e, Netking Broadband ‘’ you send your complaint to higher authority of sify customer care . in light of above circumstances I request your good self to sort out my problem within 24 hrs.

            You BroadBand — Pathetic state of Customer Care Services

            The customer care services of YOU Broad Band are really pathetic. They will be at your doorstep if it is for renewal / collecting payments. But when it comes to attend your technical problems, God Only Knows, how many days it may take.
            Recently I shifted my house (which is within 2 min walk range) and requested YOU to re-install the modem at new address. They came to my new home on the very next day. I felt happy and I also paid a Chq amount of Rs 2,400/- on 05-Mar towards renewal and shifting charges. But till now they haven’t done any work for installation of connection. Got fed up of calling to YOU customer care and listening to repeated dialogues of “we will do it ASAP”, “we will do it on top priority”.... ha.... really Got sick of their responses.
            I would suggest, if anyone is looking for YOU connection, think twice. It’s not just the customer services.... Half the time net will be down and other half you will be facing problem in getting the required speed which you will be paying for.
            I ordered them today for returning my chq amount and settle the accounts, if they failed to complete installation today. After this also... there is no response.....
            Guys.... it’s really HORRIBLE>...... never ever opt for YOU

              Hi,

              I have 1 GB broadband scheme since three months in my new address.

              I am unable to connect sify broadband connection since one week.

              Dealer has sent me person couple of time after requesting him so many times by phone but that person could not resolve this issue and still
              I have this problem.

              It is very unfortunate after paying handsome installation amount 1500/-
              and aditional I am paying RS 667/- (every months and three times so far) for each month to Sify broadband dealer "Purvanchal multi computer". My Sify broadband connection is very unstable ( very frequently I face connection problem) and sify service is so poor, every time whenever I have sify broadband connection problem, I need to make many calls to this dealer to attend for loose cable connection problem.Sometimes, I think
              sify people work for customer satisfaction or customer unsatisfaction.

              I am using broabband connection for 8 yearsa and First time, I am facing such kind of serious issue regarding sify broadband connection and service.

              Please help me resolve this problem as soon as possible.

              Sify — Not giving broadband internet connection after submitting the application around a week back

              Not provided broadband internet connection after submitting the amount and application form one week back. Estimated date of installation is last friday. Not even responding after registering complaint with the customer care.

              Sify Broadband Connection — no service

              Hi I have see the add in the papers about the sify and wanted to get a connection...I spoke to the sales rep ..who came home and took 1500 rs from me and told me he will give the connection the next day...he was missing for the past 2 weeks..after calling and calling...he came and they gave me the connection on the
              …but just through the wires and went…..and after a week he comes and gives me the password and
              the login…I had to pay them 3350 they said that 1500.00 instalation…
              and 1000.00 rs some var….and 850.00 for 128mb…..after paying all
              The connection lasted only for 1 days…after that the problems started again….calling and calling

              Sify Broadband Connection — Damage to property due to unskilled technician of Sify Broadband

              On 1st October one technician from local provider of Sify Broad Band service came to my home for repairing cable. While doing so he shorted the internet cable with external 11KV hightension cable. As a result my PC has blasted, one ceiling fan, one cooler two CFLs also got damaged. Power supply of total neighbourhood was down . At the same time a fire broke out above a paint shop,where the internet cable was shorted with the hightension cable. In all there were significant amount of damage to my property and a good number of people became at risk. Also my family suffered mental turmoil due to a huge blast in side the room which is ofcourse a great concern.
              In view of this I claimed for compensation at the time of lodging complaint with customer care and they assured me of positive action from Sify's part. But till date nothing has been done by Sify and even they have not restored my connection even aftre repeated request and complaints.

                Subject : Complaint | Poor Service | Sify Customer Care or Sify Customer Don’t Care.



                My Name is Wasim Sayed, sify account swbfsnfw, this has reference to SR# 8620242.



                It took me more than 2 hrs on the phone (all outgoing paid calls), about 3 Days of Wait time, Experience with Some un-ethical practices, Tremendous Dis-satisfaction, Introduction to the worst customer experience I have ever come across. All this hardships to get the answer to a simple question : Yet unanswered.

                What will be the Installation Charges for shifting a connection ???



                Does anybody at Sify really know the answer to the above mentioned question ?



                I called Sify Customer Care on 13Jun-Sat and placed a request to shift my connection from kurla to Mira Road. I was given an SR# 8620242.



                I Received a call from Swastik Net(my then local Service Provider from Kurla) later the same day, they informed me that for this issue, they cannot help me because they do not have connection outside kurla. Obviously, but why was my case handed to the kurla local provider and not my mira road provider. [Why was the kurla provider intimated instead of any local mira-road provider]



                I called Sify Customer Care once again on 14Jun-Sun. Informed them about the issue, they once again assured a call from the respective team.



                I Received a call from a rep from Head Office[protected], I was in train, I told him very corteously that I was in train then and I couldn’t speak, I asked him whether I could call him in 10 mins, he assured a callback in 10 mins. He didn’t call me back but he worsened the situation even more. He made a false documentation in his notes that my area is not in feasibility. [Why didn’t this Rep call me back when he had assured me a callback, Why did he made false documentation in his case notes]



                I called Sify Customer Care once again on Monday once again. Informed them about the issue, they once again assured a call from the respective team.



                I Received a call from a rep Mr. Mandar from Head Office[protected], He begin his conversation with the remarks from the previous rep, “My Area is not feasible”, I informed him that one of my neighbours have the same sify connection that I had. He apologised and asked for my information once again and then he said that my area would definitely be feasible. He gave me some phone numbers and asked me to call them.

                Mr. Mandar gave me the Following phone numbers. :

                Mr. Riyaz (Local Cable Provider) – Mob : [protected] | LandLine : 65256184.

                Mr. Ali (Local Promoter) – Mob : [protected].

                Mr. Sudeep (Territory Manager) – [protected] .

                [Why do I need to call them and why not they can call me, Am I calling for recovery and not for business]



                I Called Mr. Riyaz([protected]), he confirmed that we can have a connection at my residence, but for the official Procedures, I will have to call his office at 65256184.



                I spoke with a lady with the name Rinku at[protected]SpaceNet, Sanghvi Nagar). She said that the cost will be 1500 Rs. For the shifting. I informed her that I had my cable, I just needed a connection shifting, she informed that she can relax it to 1000 Rs. As I have my cables. I protested against it, why to pay 1000 rs, just so that their tech can put a connection of my cable from my house to their nearest switch. She said that she doesn’t know the exact cost and directed me to Mr. Ali([protected]). [I Guess, This amount is not decided by sify and she can charge me anything as per her wish, who cares for the customers]



                I Called Mr. Ali on [protected]. Informed about my case and he said that we can go ahead with the connection. The cost will be 1000 Rs. When I informed him that I already have all the cables. He said that the charge will be 500 Rs. He says that the I will have to proceed with a new sify account, I will have to apply for a new sify account and he is charging 500 rs for this procedure. According to him, my sify account swbfsnfw is only a local account with swastik net that would be available ony lin kurla and for mira-road I need to re-apply for the internet connection. [Why would I need to create a new account with sify (ill-logical), Are all of your customer’s being left by you at the sole discretion of the local operators, they can charge as per their wish or do you have any rules/regulations, first I was told 1500 then 1000 then 500, to let you know I paid Rs. 200 only towards installation charge in Kurla]



                I tried calling Mr. Sudeep (Territory Manager) and his Cell phone# ( [protected] ) is disconnected (out of service). [Can we have updated Phone Numbers in your database]



                I called sify customer care again on 15Jun-Mon, around noon. to actually undertand what the sify law states in this scenario, I thought there must be some rule written by the sify management. I Spoke with Ramya, she surprised me, she said that I do not have feasibility in my area, I told him that one of my neighbour has a sify connection, now she says that the maximum connection that my area can take is full and now they cannot even add one customer in their network. I told her that I just had a word with the local dealer and he says that I can proceed with the connection. She is not ready to listed and very argumentative. [These Representatives exploit customers on the pretext of feasibility, Does anybody ever check whether a rep has intentionally mis-used his position]



                I asked for an escalation and she says that her supervisor will call me before 4pm – I insisted on waiting and getting this finished after sometime I Spoke with Mr. Abrar Ahmed(supervisor), I told him about the issue, I asked him a simple question What will be the charge for shifting my connection if I have all my cables, I just need a local operator to take a cable from my home and connect it to his nearest switch. All and even he is not sure what the cost would be, he is simply insisting on calling me back before 4pm same day. I told him I just needed the information as I am going to send a complaint and he can put me on hold, he says that he cannot get the information right now and the only way will be that he will call me back before 4pm. When I asked for his last name expressing my interest in even mentioning his name in the complaint that I am going to send, he was so confident and sarcastic in giving out his full name like he was sure that none of his seniors actually take the heed to check complaints against him. I felt very insulting with the way I was dealt with a supervisor from customer care, I asked him for an escalation and he said that he doesn’t have a supervisor with whom I can speak. [Whats should be done with such rude supervisors who are not able to answer a simple question, he had promised me a callback in about 3-4 hrs, it is been more than 48 hrs by now and he has not bothered to callback]



                It is so unfortunate, how you deal with a would be customer, I am Curious how would your After Sales-service would be.



                You Expect Sify to Grow and in turn INDIA to grow, Sorry, if you dis-respect business like this how can you grow, In this matter Reliance is good and definitely that is the reason for its exponential expansion even today. They want business and are eager to expand it. And with sify, a potential business is rejected. The main problem here is that nobody does his part of job correctly. If atleast somebody checks this complaint and takes the responsibility to rectify this, you would possibly not lose some more business in the future.



                I Believe the way a customer is dealt with is not entirely based on the representative, the major aspect impacting this is the management and the rules that are laid down.



                I have definitely lost all hopes in Sify, I will never ever recommend your company to anyone. I cannot even dream of getting a response to this complaint. Now Let’s See how much Customer Service Skills You Posess.

                Sify Broadband Services — Service issue

                It has shocking service from Sify broadband. I have renewed my account with 450 unlimited night package. But since than, my internet has stopped working. I have filed almost 6 complains for the same issue but no followup from sify broadband. If i call my local operator he say's that they are now not with sify. When i call sify main office they say that they will send local cable operator. It has been more than 15 days, but still my problem is not yet solved. Every time i get error message BB 101- connectivity issue. I am losing my validity and my money because of this.
                I was more shocked when no one came for removing this connection also.
                I have also requested for removing this connection, but no one is bother to do follow up.
                I would suggest all my friends and relative that never go for Sify broadband. It is the worst service provider i have seen.
                When i call in customer care they are not answering my call properly and they are also not transferring my call to any senior authority.
                So there is no one you can complain about, only you can do is to wait and wait...

                Sify Broadband — Poor After Sale Service

                No doubt sify broadband is very quick and fast in providing connection to the customer, I had put request for the connection on 19th May’09 and the same day I have been verified and got connection.
                But their, after sale service is unsatisfactory. Every weekend they have got some problem of network disconnect. There it was not over, due to some reason I had to shift to some other location and I had informed the service provider in advance. They promised me that they would take care of it. I have given him not less than 50 time call for reconnecting the network, but they did not listen me.
                I have opted to lodge complaint in Customer Care of Sify. There I have called again for not less that 40 times. Each time they said that it would be done within 24 hours. But that 24-hour never came. It was a very bad and torturous experience with Sify. I have stopped calling to the Customer care also and thought that I have lost my some money in vein.
                Ironically, the matter did not stop here, on the last expiry date of connection, I have got a call from Chennai Customer care that, They will sent their agent to collect the monthy advance rental.

                Sify Broadband Services — Very poor service and i'll response

                I have been using sify broadband since last six months. I have experienced different kind of problems in course of times. Initially it started showing erroneous downloading log and I complained for the same, but the same never got addressed. I can say the poorest of customer service I have ever experienced in life. Then I was not left with any other option than changing my plan to unlimited downloading category plan with some better speed. If you take that plan, its for sure that you will never get the mentioned speed.

                When ever you make a complain, the response one will get is a quick system generated email and that’s all. After a few days you will get a call and will be told to send some screen shot, they will simply tell to send a screen shot, once send, you will be told to again send screen shot with some different requirements. If you send, then also you will not be able to see any action. Then some local worker of sify will give u a call and will ask you to send the screen shot to his personal mail id, not to the sify id and then when u will give him a call, he will not receive your call.

                This is the kind of service sify offers. So, it can be said that taking sify connection is a total wastage of money.
                You are absolutely right friend ! Sify is not bothered about their services.. Their local vendor talk rudely and their customer care is not able to provide a solution to our problems..

                The local vendor has a regular power failure as quoted by them. I fail to understand how come sify can appoint local vendor or partners who do not even have a basic power infrastucture.


                I am anyways discontinuing my services with them from next month... I hope sify is listening unlike their cusomer care and local vendors...

                I hope Sify understand the sentiments of Middle class indians who pay for services and then face the brunt of service unvavailibility.

                Sify Broadband Services — refund denied

                i made a yearly payment of 2000 Rs to sify, I barely used it for 3 months when the ISP could not provide me service due to local cable operator issue, i was without service for 3 months, i made several calls but no one could give a definite time frame. I switched my ISP and demanded a refund from Sify. Initially thye told me case is with the business team but now i recd an email telling me refund is not possible.
                I have made the installation charges to new ISP and am paying monthly charges as well, i cannot disconnect the new ISP, pls help

                I have taken Sify broadband connection July-2010 and after one month i am facing problem with their Net Speed.There is very very poor speed of net Connection at 256kbps Speed connection. Even i am not able to open my Gmail id in Standard view.
                And i am regularly contacting to CC but they pickup my phone and some say hello and then not speek anything.
                One person is Imran who called me 4 to 5 time and told me that now you resolve your problem and we take care for your net speed and the next day there same problem...

                At last we want to say that no one take Sify Net Connection...

                  Dear sir, i have got sify broadband connection just 20 days back and the person explained me about the offer, Rs.230 plan in that upto 400 MB downloadable and 45 hours we can use. But, here i am using just 4 to 5 hours its getting disconnected and if i call that person he say's i am busy, i dont know for whom he is working

                  My name is Ajay kumar maithil i installed wireless sify broadband in sep 2007 for which 6000/- rs were charged for installation by my sify francisee (Arvind Sahu)in lal bunglow, and since then he gave me plan of EY-256, for Rs 1500/- actual cost 1122 extra taken for line maintenance charges and till now i havnt received any type of service, and frequently at day time my connectivity remains interrupted, and in night when nobody uses internet it remains 100% ok. whenever i complaint abt this problem, he says including sify customer care that pay what ur local franchisee say, even iam paying iam not getting any services, , when i am using wireless connection then there shouldnt be line maintenance charges and it happens only to me, i, e to say deliberate intention to trouble me and always asks for extra illegal money which is totally loot, i have complained a lot to sify customer care but they say that they cant do anything.. what do i do..
                  I am using sify broadband internet service since three years and my user id is llxllduttllxll. My internet service cant relay for more than 10 minutes and my frequent error are BB 101, BB 111 and BB 108. The tech support really does nothing and just assures that the service will be back in 10-15 minutes. This is the worst kind of reply that " Sir we will are working on it since three days " and when it is time for renwal they are very promt to inform that the service is about to expire and it needs to be renewed.

                  I have connected sify broadband on november of 2007 with an installation charge of rupees 3, 600.Since then my internet doesnot open for around 10 to 12hrs in a day and I can access to my net only sometimes in a week.the most regratefull thing is that the owner of sify here in silpukhuri(guwahati) hardly pay any attention to my problem and keeps his mobile phone switch off.And when sometimes he picks up the phone he very moderately try to make me convince that they are having some problem with the UPS and every month he keeps on promising that he will solve the trouble and give me a permanent solution.But still the problem exist without any solution from this dishonest guy.He is doing his bussiness very cleverly by torturing the common customers.Infact his employees too behave in a very mannerless way.

                  I had regestered for the new connection of internet through SIFY BROADBAND.
                  I had regestered and filled the new connection form on 12/08/2008. and the person who is been sent to me by the company was name was HUSSAIN his Cell No:- [protected]. and also paid him full amount as said by him for the connection fees and the tariff charges by cheques for amount 500 and 1202. to the company and he has told me that the new connection will be providing by till 14/08/2008. as mentioned by him in writting on the payment recipt but he fails to do the connection and i had tried about plenty of times to contact him but fails. i had said it to the sify helpline also for about 3 times but there is no positive responce from there side. and so i am complaining about the problem to yourside.

                  Hi,

                  I have been experiencing pathetic internet service being provided by Sify Broadband. The connection stays only for 2-3 hours and after that the connectivity is lost. The customer service is unfriendly and unsupportive. They do not speak properly, are rude most of the time and do not take any proactive actions. The local engineers are bad as well. They do not pick up phone calls and do not respond properly. The problem is unattended for several days.

                  I have been facing this issue with Sify for quiet sometime now. I have tried all options with these folks. I have in the past escalated matters to their grievance redressal managers (I have copies of emails exchanged) only to be assured that problem wont repeat. However the same error crops up again and again.

                  I want back all my money spent on Sify connection, installation costs, unused service hour costs and the money spent by me on my telephone bills following up with these guys and the peace of mind that I have lost. Also I work from home and at times when the net fails, my lined up work and meetings suffer. I want to be compensated for that as well.

                  Dear Sir,

                  This is in respect to the Sify Broadband connection, I had taken in June 2008 . Many Time I logged the complaint that my connection is not working and is either throwing out BB108 or BB101 error. Inspite of hundreds of attempts they overheard my complaint, due to which I had suffered a lot both mentally and financially. I am also having the complaint no's which I logged approximately each after every third day but there was no response.
                  Moreover, there was no limit to this harresment. On the night of 3/08/2008 electric current passed out from the broadband cable and It had burnt out my computer and LG LCD.
                  The loss caused due to this is in thousands and I am not able to repair this because of lack of money.

                  Please file a case against SIFY and help me to get the justice.

                  I am not able to access my siffy broadband from last one month .
                  Cable operator excuse that there is some line problem, line is damaged to due to heavy rain in Faridabad, thats really surprised to me . I locked a compliant in customer care, without prior my knowledge my compliant is being closed . Then I re compliant for unavialbilty of internet, and compliant number is 7509558. Now almost a 5 days past, no any update from siffy broad band aswell as cable operator.

                  My request to all broadband user, please be aware to take new connection of siffy, because there is only & only issues are there.

                  I had made so many calls there, and interseting thing is that the problem occured on the same day when I renewed my Plan.

                  Sify Broadband — Unnecessary huge deductions

                  Today i.e 1st OCt'08 I have logged to the net at about 3.15 pm the balance was Rs. 75.91/-. I logged out at 3.35 pm the balance had dropped own to Rs. 61.54/- which means Sify has charged us Rs. 15/- for 15 minutes?????? I have not even downloaded anything, just browsed the net (checking my mails). If this is the way Sify works by cheating customers by charging too much, it would be better to go to a cyber cafe. What is going on???

                  Please provide me with the details for browsing the net. Their standard answer is that the sessions are clear and package is used correctly. That is bull .

                  From the past 3 to 4 months wheneve i log to the net there is some problem or the other. Sify is hell bent on making money by cheating customers. I am fed up with the customer service also.

                  If this is the way you treat your customer, then i am afraid to say in near futer you wont be having any customer to serve upon.
                  whever i try to customer care, the call gets connected, it rings but i am always kept on hold or no body pics.
                  The worst part is.you people claim your service to be the best but its the worst i have ever seen.
                  if you can do any thing please do although i m preety sure nothing will be done on this regard.coz this is india.

                  My sify broadband account id is bashish_302. My account was supposed to expire on 2nd of dec 2008. the local service provider came and collected the amount of rs 1170 on 28th of Nov 2008 for my monthly broadband plan with unlimited access. since 29th the account has been frozen and the local service agent is missing. On contacting the sify they simply refuse to take any action. Neither my account has been updated with any value nor they contact me with any reason for the delay. latest they have accepted that the local agent is missing and that they are looking at alternative solutions. But even after 15days they have no solution.I have proper receipt of payment as proof. Also my complain id is 7912887. please let me know if there is any hope of recovery of amount or service.

                  Sify Broadband — BROADBAND PACKAGE: INADEQUATE INFORMATION

                  I thought it pertinent on my behalf to draw your attention to a case of covert cheating done by an Internet service provider.
                  Recently I have renewed my subscription online on 29.12.2008 under their D4NL scheme. As per a short description of the package in their renewal link it says that "400 MB Day+ Night unlimited" and as per their log-in details I have logged in at 9.59.58 night on 29.12.2008 (i.e. 2 seconds before 10 PM) and logged out at 1.06.21 on the same night. I have used 396.78 bytes and I was billed for the whole amount of my renewed package. When contacted Sify told me that as I logged in before 10 PM, Sify will consider my full hour o[censored]sage not as unlimited but within the quota of 400 MB day.
                  Now my question is:
                  (I) Why the same information is not made available to a customer while renewing?
                  (II) Why Sify should consider browsing of net even after 10 PM (As per Sify's version Night unlimited means 10 PM to 8 AM) within 400 MB Day usage?
                  (III) Why Sify is suppressing information from their customers and misleading them?

                  I had taken a sify broadband connection in september in sector 6 in panchkula in haryana. firstly i was promised that the connection would be installed in 3 days but then the connection took 9 days to install. Then when it started, i was able to use it for 4 days after which it started showing a technical error which sify could not resolve till date i.e in 3 and a half months. Whenever i call the customer care, they say that there system is showing that the complaint has been solved. The engineer who comes to my place to try and solve the complaint always comes and checks my laptop and tells me that there is some problem with the cable and he will change it the next day. but his next day never comes and he doesnt take calls also. his boss is also useless like him. The name of the engineer is Ashok and the Business associate is Ashwini.

                  As before subscribing your service, I have been told that I have to pay a sum of Rs 2, 000 for lifetime (Installation + Maintenance) and the monthly usage charges (Plan Charges) as applies no extra charges for unlimited plans.

                  Therefore, I had continued with MU64 plan (unlimited for 30 days) with no extra charges. And from this Friday (16th Jan, 2009) my line connection is unplugged without informing me by the local service provider here.

                  After inquiring, I came to know that they require Rs 94 extra per month as line maintenance if I am using this plan, which is unlimited for one month.

                  Therefore, I had already complained about this interruption many times and did not got any response from your end.

                  Therefore, I request you to refund this month’s amount, which I had paid for renewing my account after deducting my usage charges as soon as possible, as I am least interested to continue.

                  Sify Broadband — My internet is not working from 7 days

                  I am a user of sify broadband. I have registered for unlimited plan. From Friday internet is not working fine. Problem is unable to reach gateway. I have raised many request on sify customer care, they called me and said problem will be solved today itself but now it 6 days. Customer care people not even picked up the phone several times. This is not first time when this problem occurred. it happened twice in a week usually. I am facing lots of problem due to this.

                  I have given 1120/- for installation and 900/- for the monthly plan. Due to this, some of my important works are in pending.
                  I have applied for the Siffy BB connection on 25th Dec'08 from a location of Padmarao Nagar, Secunderabad. I have paid the installation and first months payment towards connections on same day, which has been cleared in my bank on 27th Dec'08.

                  Till now the connection is not given, if contacted there is no any response and somewhat they keep postponing the connection, today( 27th Jan 09) one month after the payment it is shame on the company that they are not able to given connection. When contacted the market person, he says better to collect the money no connection will be given.

                  Now i am gonna to take this consumer court, as default is with Sify and enjoying the money over a period of month. I want the money back with interest of 24% or one month rental if the connection is given with 3 days.

                  I also renewed sify broadband in D4NL package on 17th jan 09 and after 2 days quota got expired. Reason given by sify was that I loagged in at 9:56pm. I fought for compensation but consumer care is negligence about the complain and she disconnected call without saying anything.
                  I did not know earlier that unlimited download applies i[censored] log in after 10PM. Nowhere in package details it is mentioned.
                  They cheated us now I got 2 solution. If i would have time I would have gone to consumer court. But alas, I have to regret for taking connection from sify.
                  i totally agree. i also have the D4NL pack and this happened to me 2 months back. i logged in at 2159hrs and since i was downloading stuff i finished my whole package in the first day itself and when i called up customer care about this all they said was that "we're sorry sir but we cant do anything. you should have logged in after 2200hrs." Sify should inform the customers about this. an also i would like to ask sify as to why the download speeds are so less while other service providers offer better download speeds.

                  Sify Broadband, Delhi Circle — Incorrect Information provided & faulty account maintenance application used by Sify

                  Inforfation provided at the time of starting the service was not proper. They told me that under D4NU plan downloading is free after 22:00 Hrs. I logon to the system at 21:53Hrs and used it till next morning till 03:49Hrs for this they deducted Rs200 from my account balance. When I called them. They told me that you should have loged out at 22:00Hrs and again logged in after that, to avail free downloading which is applicable after 22:00Hrs.
                  My question is how will a customer know what he has to do if he is not told?
                  Second, If I am telling that it is the problem with your system(as in my case). It should not deduct from account balance after 22:00hrs, They must rectify tthe system. Instead of telling the customer that we can't help. It is system problem.

Every time i facing a probles for "trouble shooting B001", i was old customer of sify, n that time same problem i faced than i desided to drop a sify connection, but after a year sify guy called me again and give me word of faith and i give a chance again to sify a month ago.                   I got Siffy Net Plan connection on 3 November 2008 under which I can avail 600 mb per month as per detailed given below:



                  (i) Total Installation charges + Monthly charges + LMC = Rs. 1200/- Paid on 3 November 2008.



                  (ii) Plan charges Rs. 310/- + LMC (Rs. 100/- per month) i.e. Rs. 410/- per month to be paid.



                  Under this plan, I was given verbal commitment, a net between 10 pm to 8 am are absolutely free of cost.



                  Further, I started using net between 10 pm to 8 am and it is found that these net surfing is being charged. In this connection, I contacted company several times over telephone (complaint Regd. No. 7765726) & they stated that by 10 pm you have to log out first & again login in by 10 pm then net will be free. Even then it is being charged again by doing the said procedure. Every times they have misguided and harassed me. On 3 December 2008 my cable connection has been removed by company.



                  On 24 December 2008, I again talked with customer care & they have given customer ID No. 7970259.



                  In view of above facts, it is to state that since there is no net connection since 3 December 2008 & no longer said connected is required by me. Kindly remit Rs. 1200/- which I have paid earlier to me at the earliest. Since the company has misguided & harassed me & I have to make several mobile calls to follow up action totaling to Rs. 500/-.



                  Hence kindly refund a total amount of Rs. 1700/- (Rs. 1200 + Rs. 500/-) & reply to my email or intimate on mobile to me at the earliest.

                  Similar is the case with me. I too had opted for a 4GB pendrive and was confirmed that it would reach in 3-4 weeks.

                  After 2 months call them up ( after dialling up umpteen no. of times) the representative asks me to send a mail to customercare. No one bothers either to reply to this mails or simply maybe their customercare in box is connected to their trash box.

                  Was it just a ploy to keep customers from siwtching over to alternative service providers

                  Again call up their helpline no., you get a answer that since scheme discontinued no free gift will be available. and you can send a email to their trashbox to complain.

                  This is to inform you that I am facing problem on my Sify Internet connection for past 2 month. After every 2-3 day the problems come. The error message is BB-101. I have lodged many complaints several times & It is getting solved but again after 2-3 days its come. Even when there is a rain at that time also the Internet is down. I have unlimited plan and you can also check in your system how much usage I have done in past 2-3 month. From past 6 days the problem is there and nobody is able to solve it. Today again I raised the complain & the complain number is "8739438". You can also check in your system about my previous complain numbers
                  Its a very bad service you are providing and you are also loosing your customer. One day one of your service enginner who visited my place said me that I am doing online renewal so you will get this type of service only.
                  My suggestion is why not you send your some person to invigilate the the type of network they have done. They are connecting two wire throught by twisting this is the way of doing networking.
                  I am also a Network enginner and I know well how to do networking. One more i cant sit in my home everyday & wait for your engineer to come. I also have a office so please tell them to check throughly so that the problem doent comes next time.

                  Its high time now so I am also planning to file a case in consumer court. If By today the problem is not solved I will file a complain against you to consumer court.

                  I'm availing Sify internet service for past one year. My id is b_201 and i'm based in Navi Mumbai.

                  Recently the connection was not there for about 7-10 days and the reason given by sify customer care executives was the same - "PROBLEM WITH LOCAL SERVICE PROVIDERS -- SSV CABLES".

                  I asked for the extention of the validity of my account for the period for which the service was not provided and they are merely raising complaints. Meanwhile my account has been suspended and i'm asked to renew my account.

                  Every monthh i'm able to access the internet for only 15-16 days. Rest other days the service is not there. I wish to discontinue this pathetic service and ask for the refund of the security which i've paid at the time of availing this facility.

                  I've been using the internet service of sify for past one year and the service can be summed up in one word - "PATHETIC". I live in New Bombay and every time i call the customer care, i get the same reply that sify is having problem with its local service provider SSV cables.
                  Sify can not provide services but is very prompt in in asking for renewal even though they have not managed to ensure the services. They should have the courtsey of extending the validity of the account by the number of days for which they were unable to provide the service.
                  The management of sify is just too interested in milking the customers but it's not long when they willbe deserted of the customers and that time is coming pretty soon.

                  Can someone please till me where the complain can be lodged against sify and security deposit recovered for PROVIDING such a nice SERVICE.

                  I had renewed my Sify broadband connection (user Id: lov_deoli) on the 26th July, made payments to the local vendor but my services were not activated & my account shows Quota expired. Have been hysterically following up with the local vendor, sify personel & the customer care but all in vain. Would want a refund of my money against the 256kbps unlimited plan taken.
                  i have purchased data card of reliance on 2 which was activated on same day at 8pm.nextday it stopped working and i got pathetic replies from the customer care executives, i purchased it from naveen, reliance dwarka sec 1, new-delhi . Infact he dint reply to our calls for the non working of rel data card, I regret buying the Reliance data card and m irritated over the helpless and irresponsible behaviour of reliance exeutives and people selling those cards, That data card is useless and doesnt work...

                  Sify Broadband — Early Expiry

                  I have recharged my broadband connection for 3 months by paying Rs.1550 at 256 kbps speed. Before one month my account got Expired. When i called Customer Care they told me that i have downloaded 400 MB on one day before. But actually i havent used on that day. Infact my sites were also not opening. The time they told me that i have used, its just not possible as we are having power cut at that time and we dnt have invertor..I have complained so many times about IP address Conflict. But they never took the action. It is sure that somebody else can access our account. Even i complaoned to local service provider. They are telling that we have launched complaint and not taking any initiative in this regard.

                  Broadband Connection — Internet not working since more than 1.5yrs

                  My Tata Indicom Broadband user id is: [protected]@vsnl.net.

                  The broadband connection is not working since more then 1.5yrs and Tata indicom shamelessly sends me a renewal alert as my validity period is about to expire. I have already renewed by account account two times in the last year with just validity recharge coupons just to retain my email id.

                  However the internet connection is not yet working. The Tata indicom people have removed all cables from my premises and on complaining they just dont contact back. The just send a service confirmation email that the complaint has been resolved while there cable in not even existing in my office.

                  I have emailed numerous times to the nodal office, appellate authority and customer service at nodalofficer.[protected]@tatacommunications.com, appellate.[protected]@tatacommunications.com, [protected]@tatacommunications.com. They just assign a complait number and close it in couple of days shamlessly saying that the issue is resolved.

                  I have enetried to call the noday officer (previouls it was Madhavi Joshi and currently it it Mamat Jain) but they are never available. The fax number 67250812 is never answered. Pls note its not busy. It is never answered. Tata is trying to conserve paper becasue there is no point receiving complaints by Fax when they never want to solve it.

                  I took this device for my official purpose ie video conferencing, conf call conferencing etc. Due to unavailability of this connection i am not able to do any thing related to official work. It is affecting my careers and i am feeling harassed. I lost my money and loosing my loyality with company also.

                  I'm a customer of Bharat Gas Agency. My Distributor is : MAHALAKSHMI ENTERPRISES
                  NO.2153, 2ND CROSS, 17TH MAIN, HAL 2ND STAGE, BANGALORE

                  Now I'm facing severe problems. The Gas refill are being delivered after 23 days for last 4-5

                  times. And the Gas agency is saying you can book only after 21 days and they would deliver only

                  after 15 days of the order.

                  So if you'd calculate it comes around 44 days (23 days + 21 days) even a person remember to book

                  immediately after 21 days have been passed of his last cylinder delivery. If he/she forgets for

                  7-10 days then gone case :(

                  One thing how many days a Gas cylinder (14.2 kg) can run. In average case it run for 25 days

                  (ofcourse depending upon the usage and family members). But if these Agency would take this much

                  time atleast 36 days (if they are very prompt..which normally does not happen ever), then what

                  the customer would do ? Bacially every month we are having this problem and we are taking our

                  food outside for a week every month :(

                  This time I had booked the refill on 26th of October, but surprisingly when I called the

                  MAHALAKSHMI ENTERPRISES today, they told me that it has been booked today only... so i have to

                  wait minimum 15 days. What should I do ?

                  The Delivery boy always delivers the cylinder after 5-7 days of the bill date. So once it's

                  delayed means...It would be always delayed, as these people are counting 21 days and then 15

                  days from delivery.

                  Can you please take care of this ? Atleast is it possible to deliver the cylinder after 5 days

                  only for this time ? Or is it possible to change the agency to another agency or another company

                  like Indane (they are very prompt, they deliver after 1 day only).

                  Sify Broadband — Misleading the Customers

                  I am a Sify Broadband customer. According to Sify I am using 128 kbps unlimited service. But observable thing is that it is “kbps” not “kBps”. That is sify provides the speed in “kilo bit per second” instead of “kilo byte per second”. One byte is equal to 8 bits. So 128 kbps is actually 16 kBps. In broadband service 128 kBps is a good speed but 16 kBps is poor speed. All the other companies provide the broadband service in kBps.
                  75% people of India do not know the difference between ‘kbps” and “kBps”. So they thought that 128 kbps or 256 kbps is a good speed for broadband access. But actually the speeds are 16 kBps and 32 kBps respectively which are very poor speed for broadband service. The customers are misguided by these information.
                  http://broadband.sify.com/showplan.php?id=31 this is the page of tariff planes of Sify broadband service and there is no clarification about kbps and kBps.
                  So I am requesting to take a step to stop misguiding the customer and provide the actual and clarified information.
                  Any and ALL ISPs advertise speeds in kiloBITS per second, because a kilobit is the unit of measurement of speed, kiloBYTES is the unit of measurement for an amount of data.

                  Do you also confuse meters and liters too?
                  I have sify broadband connection and was experiencing some technical problem with connectivity so called to their customer care and that experience was hillarious. I have never seen such foolish and low class customer care executives in my lifetime. Here no one knows how to resolve the query. They will just transfer your calls and at last will disconnect it. There are few dumb people seating and dont know the basics of customer care communication. I would suggest Sify management to send them to some training so that these so called customer care executives will learn how to care for customer, how to talk, how to resolve queries, what is Courtesy, and so on...
                  I, m a consumer of Indane gas. My consumer no is 6634 (s) & the agency Name is M/S Shri krishna sai Indane Service, 3/174 A vishnupuri kanpur nagar everytime I make a booking, they promised some date and I have to follow up at least 4-5 times before I could get actual refill .Sometimes the delivery took place more than 15 to 20 days.

                    To whomsoever it may concern,

                    I am having the horrible sify broadband connection for the past one year with very little confidence that Sify technologies will provide good customer service and non intermittent broadband connection, but it did not happen at all and will never happen at all.

                    I ALWAYS GET THE BB101 ERROR OR THE LAN CABLE UNPLUGGED.

                    I RAISE TROUBLE TICKETS EVERY MONTH AND NEVER GET THE COMPENSATION.

                    SIFY BBAND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE EVER WORST SERVICE AND ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS, HAVE AN UNACCEPTABLE ATTITUDE, RUDE BEHAVIOUR.

                    I WONDER IF THEY ARE TRAINED TO HANDLE THE CUSTOMERS.

                    SIFY WILL NEVER GROW AND SOON THEY WILL BE IN LOSS AND IT WILL NOT BE A COMPANY ANYMORE IF THIS SORT OF TECHNOLOGY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTINUES.

                    NEVER EVER GO FOR SIFY BROADBAND WIRED AND THE RIDICULOUS WIRELESS CONNECTION. I HAVE TO WRITE ANOTHER STORY FOR WIRELESS CONNECTION NOW.

                    I AM SICK AND TIRED OF CALLING THE SIFY...PLEASE DONT GO FOR SIFY CONNECTION EVEN IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE IN THIS WORLD.
                    Sify is the worst service provider at badlapur . Every month practically 15 days are shown as BB 101 /108 which are not attended by local franchisee and customer care mumbai despite frequent complaints. customers are wasting their money and inviting mental agonty by subsribing to sify. cusomer care every time promise to compensate by extending the validity period but do nothing. renewal notice start appearing one week before thevalidity period but are very careless/inefficient in provind services and keeping promises.

                      I am using a sify Broaband connection since over two years and have been really frustrated with the servives provdes
                      this is regarding the Renewal
                      There Customere is one of the worst that i have come accross, to finally get thru to a human to talk you atleat have to dial the nymber 20 times, either it will get disconnected midway, the the person who comes just hangs up !!!
                      The Sify site again one on the worst and is there just to frustrate already harassed customer of Sify

                      I have been trying to renew my connection from the 05 MAy
                      The renew now button on the site goes no where !!!
                      The SMS to renew does not work
                      The loginpage on the broadband page does to have the credit card/ cash pay options
                      the only way let was to call up...and unmpteen calls talking to highly uncustomer friendly people, who have no sense to talk and know oly one answer we " we are sorry fr the inconvenience caused but cannot help you " !!!1

                      and this happens everytime i have to renewa my connections

                      I just want to know how to go about going to the consumer court for justice, as i have lost all hopes that they will every improve

                        Hi,

                        I took a broadband connection from sify at BTM stage I, bangalore. I paid 2500+ /- for the connection. The franchise was some guy called Iliyas. He does not look like a service provider at all. He looks like a pimp and talks like one too.
                        In the first week of connection it was down for most of the time. And I had to call him up to bring it up.
                        Finally I called up the sify customer care folks to disconnect the connection and give me a refund.

                        The customer care guys (another bunch of ) told me to contact iliyas for the refund. And Iliyas says that there is no question of refund.. as its written in the marketing terms .I told him that "non-refundable" term was only in case if they had provided me the connection. But the connection did not last for even 7 days. But that guy is shameless.

                        Bottomline:- If you are in BTM stage I, dont think about SIFY. Reliance Wimax is much reliable here.
                        And there are tata indicom and Airtel too.

                        SIFY BROADBAND is a CHEAT.

                        Hi,

                        I have taken Sify Broadband only a few days back(last Tuesday 17th of March).
                        My username : ansumanm

                        March 17th(Tuesday): I got the connection at night.
                        March 18th(Wednesday): I got an SMS that there will be outage from 10 pm to 7 am.
                        March 19th(Thursday): I was at office the whole day. At night I come and see that the connection is suckingly slow..(50 % ping traffic loss).
                        March 20th(Friday): I called up the franchisee Ilyas to fix it. Was working fine at night.
                        March 21st (Saturday): In the morning no connection again.
                        March 22nd (Sunday):Was working fine in the morning but not working now. I am emailing this from my reliance connection.

                        I already have an reliance connection which is OK but does not deliver on speed. But their downtime is less than compared to yours. I was pissed off with their service. I was thinking of discontinuing with Reliance. But your service sucks even more.

                        I have paid 2600/- + for this connection. And money does not grow on tree.I have to burn my for 10 hours per day to earn it and that is the reason why I am online at this time..
                        I pay for a service and I should get it. Else I should get rebate on my monthly rental. Please make the adjustments in your bill for the coming month monthly rental. Also if this continues...I will have to retain the reliance connection and disconnect yours.
                        I hope you take my email seriously.

                          Sify Broadband Connection — HARASSMENT

                          This is in reference to the subscription to Internet Service at my home. I am a regular subscriber to the internet service provided by Sify broadband Company since last 8 months. I pay Rs. 330 per month in advance for 400 mb of data download. I would like to draw your kind attention towards the harassment by kamal and Dharmender of SIFY

                          1.The company claimed to provide full 10 mbps speed, but after complaining about slow speed, they admitted that it is actually 128 kbps.
                          2.The amount of monthly subscription is collected in advance by kamal/dharmender. Later on, in case of non function for days together, they do not bother to compensate.
                          3.Recently, the monthly subscription was collected and the connection has not been working since last 2-3 WEEKS.
                          4.Despite calling again and again, no one has responded. Mr. Dharmender, and Kamal are suppose to look after the complaints in the area in which I live in vasant kunj.
                          5.Dharmender and Kamal promised to check the fault and correct the same but did not turn up.
                          6.Kamal switches the mobile off or disconnects when I call despite taking the payment in advance.
                          7.I had recently made the payment of Rs. 330 about 3-4 days back and today I found no balance available in my account. My account is getting exhausted rapidly and no one knows about that. I am finding something fishy in that.

                          I complained at the costumer care number given to me by Kamal but that does not exist.

                          Now I am really totally fed up calling and requesting Kamal and Dharmendra of SIFY but they have not bothered to check or listen. I seek your intervention so that I am adequately compensated for the loss till date and as I do not want myself to be harassed by SIFY representatives any further. AS PER MY INFORMATION the two persons namely DHARMENDER and Kamal work for some Krishanpal Singh of kishangarh village near vasant kunj, who is a businessman and is the ISP provider.

                          Sify Broadband — Not working

                          Sify broadband service is very very poor. Frequently net connection gets lost and if we try to call their customer care they pick your phone and immediately drops, I tried 15-20 times last week still I was not able to launch complaint.

                            Hello,
                            I have Sify Broadband connection, which is provided to me by its business Partner "M/s Sri Ganesh".

                            I have taken a monthly package of Rs 800/- for the month[protected] to[protected]. But I did not have connection for almost 3 weeks in this period as the M/s Sri Ganes net doesnt check the wiring and all on the poles and because of it I didnt have 3 weeks of internet and when called upon all I used to get was a couple of compliant numbers from the Sify customer care and "our technica guy will be coming soon there" from Sri Ganesh net.

                            When asked for compensation of the missed internet connection I was given 2 days package of 128kbps unlimited.
                            My package of Rs 800/- is of 12kbps Day and 256 kbps Night unlimited 1 month.

                            Now it should be easy to calculate that 3 weeks is not as same as 2 days of that.

                            I demand my package to be compensated with either the amount or by a new package atleast of 128kbps and for 3 weeks.

                            Its really ridiculous to see 3 weeks getting compensated by 2 days and also the service by the local provider i.e., Sri Ganesh net is so poor that atleast every 1 hour my applications gets closed because of connection cut and thsi is same case when there is no power in our colony.

                            I feel I am robbed by Sify in name of Prepaid internet, if it would be an postpaid then I would have slapped who ever had come to me for the bill.

                            I am so angry with the customer care, when ever I call them to remind my complaint all I get in reply is "yes sir, you have complained already given couple of times before on this issue" Now does that mean I haev a hobby of complaining. Up to what I understand by customer care, if this is the case then who ever is looking after sify's custoemr care business should come to me for classes on how it should be or atleast go to Indian railways, whose services are way good to be for a government body.


                            All I request to Sify is to give me my money back or provide me with a better compensation of the package and not some silly 2 days pack for loss of 3 weeks.

                              I have using Sify for past one year because of non avaliablity of other provider. When we ask for Bill for they nearly four to five months after the send a bill without bill number. I have problem with my connection and is not resolved till now. So i ask them to cancel my renewal for next month, they are taking one month and still not cancel it and they holding my money.Please suugest me to take necessary action again them.Please advise.

                              Sify — Non refund of money one month after order cancellation

                              I had placed an order at Sify Shopping on 11th dec. for Rs. 199 . The following are its details.

                              The order was cancelled from Sify side citing incorrect address as the problem, ( Though there was complete address available).
                              However, its close to one month now. Depite several tries with customer care person, e-mails and phone calls, there has been no response from the Sify's side.Wheneveri try complainig to the Customer Care persons through online chat, they transfer the session to somebody else and the seeion gets closed in between.

                              I am ill at ease to understand why a company like Sify doesn't reply to my innumerable requests.Its not just a question of money but also the faith that a consumer entrusts in a company while doing online shopping.

                              Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
                              I suggest that, please go with some other service provider rather than Sify in chennai.Otherwise you will be the first person to write comments for my complaints.Think it.

But havent done yet. Whenever asked for they have different reasons. Official whom i contacted me told me different excuses for delay of transaction; some where personal and some where saying that it will take a long time for their financial deparment to sanction the same. Even now they asking me to wait for another 2 days. Is there anything that i can do for refund of the money at the earliest?

                              i have taken this connection for last 6 months, My id is Khushbooldas.
                              I just want to say that for last two times whenever i renew our account Rs 310 which shows used full for using only 2 hour and after that when we renew our account account with Rs 489 it again shows full used by using only 1 hour in day time., , , (i.e my account shows account expired within 2-3 days without using).

                              We are never expect this from your service i felt very sorry for your such a bad service.We face a lots of problems as i am as stundent preparing for MBA I used internet for my teest in night time so please take a quick action in this regard.
                              Therefore it is my grand request to please refund ou amount or you may full our account by such amount.

                              Sify Wireless Broadband Internet — NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT

                              I have surrended the Sify connection on 19th April 2010. Th officials confirmed me that they will refund the deposit within 7 days. BUT NO REFUND YET. Whenever I call them, they have standard answer "within 7 days".

                                Hello, My name is Madhav Muralidhar. I have Sify Broadband connection at my home for around last 8 months. Last week on 13th of March 2009, due to high voltage fluctuation from sify cable, I heard 5 blasts from my computer. I saw that the point where the sify cable connects to my computer was completely burnt. I could see that the Lan Cable Port in my computer was completely burnt. When I went to the hardware shop, he showed me and confirmed that the Motherboard itself was burnt and needs to be replaced. I hence had to buy a new mother board, processor and RAM. I incurred a cost of Rs. 15, 000 to get the three things replaced. When I asked the service provider to reimburse me the amount, he easily said that it was not his mistake that due to his cable my computer blasted. I hence would like to raise a formal complaint against the service provider and want my money reimbursed.

                                  I paid money of Rs.980 for new connection on 2 February 2009.
                                  The Sales person Mr khan told me connection will get started within 4 days... bt 1 wk later as well no response came from him... he didnt even bother to call me n tell what happen with the connection...
                                  i called him after 4 days to enquire abt the same...
                                  n he was like, it's been approved n u'll get ur net installed within 2 days...
                                  bt again no response from him or sify dealers abt the same...
                                  again after 7 days i called him to ask abt the progress... then he said, actualy there is a problem in ur area... unable to give u connection because there is an electricity poll...we will
                                  return ur money back... if that was the situation... he should have told me the situation before taking money only...
                                  2 months later as well m just waiting 4 my money...
                                  bt still no response from ur sales person nor from sify dealer... even m trying to call him every 2 days later bt his phone is unavailable...

                                  Sify Broadband — Does not address the technical issues after giving the connection

                                  Hi,
                                  This is regarding my horrifying experience with Sify Broadband and the pathetic service I received from them.
                                  I had taken a broadband connection from sify on the 27th of March for the purpose of working from home, for which I have also

                                  taken a plan from Worldphone to enable me to call US and Canada through the Internet.
                                  I took a plan with 256Kbps speed and 400 MB data download per month.
                                  The tech who came to install the connection consumed some 50 Mbs to check and test the connection. even then the internet was

                                  working very slow, I could hardly hear a person at the other end and the voice was cracking, I checked the speed through a

                                  couple of online speed testing tools, the speed was not more than 130 Kbps in any case. I called up the customer care and

                                  they promised me the issue shall be taken care of the next day, which ofcourse did not happen.
                                  When I checked the Mbs remaining in my account the next day it showed only 15 Mbs remaining. rest all was consumed, how, even

                                  I have no idea. I did not download somthing which might use so many MBs.
                                  I again called the customer care to check on the previous issue and also wanted a clarification on this new issue to which

                                  they said, if Mbs are used I had used those, how and when they had no answer, I also asked them if my account was being

                                  shared by soimeone else on the network, and they could not give me a satisfactory answer.
                                  Whats done is done I still thought of letting it go and get my account recharged (one Day after taking the connection),

                                  however I wanted to ensure the speed gets better before I recharge. So I again called up customer care and they did nothing

                                  but telling me the tech shall visit me soon, Its been four days now and I am still waiting for the technician to visit me.
                                  meanwhile I went upto the, local vender from whom I had taken the connection and requested him to fix the issue He first

                                  asked me to call up the customer care, but when i requested him saying my work is suffereing, he sent a guy to my house who

                                  simply downloaded a couple of stuff on teh computer to check the "Download Speed" and exhausted all the MBs in my account.

                                  The internet stopped working and he said the speed is infact very slow and that I shall have to contact the customer care

                                  anyhow.
                                  Now here I am without internet for the last three days, I have called up customer care atleast 40 times, I have spoken to

                                  atleast 25 different people and I have been on phone with Sify for atleast 6 Hours in the past three days. i have also marked

                                  them atleast 5 mails, but nothing has been done.
                                  I had taken thew connection for my convinience and after paying Rs 500 for 400 Mbs I have hardly used the net, Major part of

                                  it has gone troubleshooting.
                                  I have another computer in my office with a TATA VSNL Connection with 256 Kbps speed and teh same worldphone account works fine from that connection.
                                  I am really frustrated majorly because of the way sify has handled me. Once they have the money they wouldnt bother until the next recharge.
                                  The irony of it all is that I have got atleast three calls since yesterday to recharge my account but not a single call to take care of the technical issue.
                                  Please look into the matter and have my money refunded in case they do not fix the issue.

                                  I have also been a Victim of Sify Broadband and have shifted to Tata Communications.
                                  I have sify broadband connnection with 449 Plan (400 MB Day & Unlimitd Night) Speed 256.kbps
                                  When i take connection i got good speed in Day & night. But when i renew my account i got speed under 100 kbps. This is a blunder cheating with me. Sify is a cheater company, My user id is mdjaved786.

                                    This is Vipin Sahni, unfortunately I have been using the Sify's broadband connection from the 7 months now. My id is vipin_137 . I am residing in Yamaha Vihar, Sector 49, Noida.

                                    I usually use their D4NL subscription for my usage i.e the 400MB + unlimited night access from 10PM till 08:00 AM in the morning.

                                    To my surprise I received the call yesterday(04/03/09) stating that my subscription has expired on 03rd March, which I have renewed on 24 Feb '2009 ideally it should last till 24 March. Now the catch they have made here is that in order to use the unlimited option in the night you need to logout and then relogin after 10:00 PM.

                                    Now I have not used the connection on 03rd March and nor downloaded any stuff, then how can my subscription got exhausted.This is still a mystery, they are again asking money to renew it.They might have given the same login to somebody else to use it and want to charge me for that. which is not at all acceptable to me.!!

                                    Also their customer care people are very uncooperative and are forcing me to renew the account with more money.

                                    I would request if anybody could help me !!

                                    Sify.com — Internet Connectivity failure

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                    I am a retail user of internet staying at Mumbai. My user id is adity asarode, my compaint is about the connetivity failure since i have installed Sify connection at my residence which is not being rectified even after complaining to your regional cable personnel and marketing personnel and customer support professionals on phone. I do trading on icicidirect.com and internet connection goes faulty at 10.00 am till 4.30 as soon I used to login it used to show me some error and the site used to get cancelled and I was supposed to login again. After complaining personally and on phone to regional office in mumbai and the personnel of Sify Mr. Zulfikar nothing was done. I was promised that someone would attend my query but noone attended the state of the issue faced by me. Fed up as of now I have bought in alternate connectivity from a different service provider.

                                    Also as on today I have sent mail to Sify.com for my complaint. Any action taken by you would be highly appreciable.

                                    SIFY Broadband Internet Connection — Totally ignoring customers

                                    Everytime Sify operator comes takes money and shows that the net is connected but then as soon as he leaves with the money there is no service. This has been going on an on and even after paying close to 2500 Rs there is no net access.

                                    Local operators are never reachble and the Customer care has been fooling me everyday saying they will send someone but no one comes even from the company.

                                    This is the second month when I have paid but there is till no access. TECHNICALLY SIFY IS COMMITTING A FRAUD AND I WOULD LIKE TO FILE A CASE OF FRAUD AGAINST CUSTOMER CARE INCHARGE Mr. Naresh Ajwani to whom also I have mailed my plight but to no avail.

                                    Pls pls take strict measures and pls guide me as to what legal resource I have.

                                    I plead pls bring SIFY to book and let them know that they cant take Indian consumers for granted, cause you are there.

                                    SIFY Broadband Internet Connection — Connectivity Problem

My user id is krishna_sharma13, my compaint is about the connetivity failure since i have installed Sify connection at my residence which is not being rectified even after complaining to your regional cable personnel and marketing personnel and customer support professionals on phone.

                                    Last Month I have got an internet connection and since then there have been problems related to connectivity.. I have been complaining it again and again to the regional cable personnel and marketing personnel but no one had taken care of it. In the beginning it was good only for two days after that the low speed problem started and and it stood for next 7 days. the speed decreased to the extent till 10 days that I was not able to login into my account. till then my account validity was expired. and without taking my concent regional cable personnel recharged my account without rectifying the problem I was facing.

                                    My internet connection is too slow to login and at midnight sometimes it logs in but after one hour when I try to log out.. it fails due to low connectivity. as soon as I used to login it used to show me some error and the site used to get cancelled and I was supposed to login again. After complaining personally and on phone to regional office in Patna and the personnel of Sify nothing was done. I was promised that someone would attend my query but none attended the state of the issue faced by me. Fed up as of now I have bought in alternate connectivity from a different service provider.

                                      Hi,

                                      1...I hvae BB from Sify where the last renewal for 30 days expired in just 7 days for no reason and they have still not compensated for over 10 days.

                                      2...They had poor customer service over a period of last 1 year for which i have all the data as proof.
                                      They have been intimadated but no response or solution to that
