I purchased a Sony Led Television from Khosla Electronic vide Bill No.BTC/1480 Dated 3rd September, 2012. Within the period of 10 months the T.V. screen started showing error. I made a compaint and the said error was rectified free of cost as it was falling under warranty. But later on within the 2 months from the period of rectification again the said problem started. I made a compaint on October 12th to Sony Centre. The representative came on 15th and charged me for the inspection charges. They told me that they will charge Rs.1200/- towards repairs and spare parts will be charged separately. But till date no one has come for rectification. I am unable to understand why I have to be charged for a faulty product which is repeating continuously. I am suffering for a faulty product by not being rectified at a 1st instances. If the said error would have been rectified at the 1st instance properly the said error will not occur in a short interval till date no respond
