Sony Bravia LCD TV Model - KLV - 32v300a / E32 — Sony is not providing Warranty Claim | |||
I am George Stephenson from Chennai I bought my Sony Bravia LCD TV Model - KLV-32V300A/E32 on 10th December 2010 now my LCD TV is not working properly the screen has a black patch. So, I contacted Sony a personnel came down to my house and checked the TV on 11th November 2011 and he said the LCD panel must be replaced and he asked me to pay Rs. 10850/- for the screen because I just have the service coupon and I do not have the warranty card and the bill the service personnel also said the TV will stop working after a year if the problem is unattended.
