[Resolved]  Sony Bravia — Mother Board & main panel Damaged

We bought Sony Bravia 32 inch LED( model KDL 32EX420).
Just after 2 months of the date of expiry of warranty period (i.e. 1yr & 2 months of purchase), the board of led got damaged second time during this period, which is costing around Rs.9000. After they repair it just after 2-3 days the main panel of led also damaged now which is costing around Rs.15000. The service center of the company said whatever the damage after warranty period company will not do anything in favor of costumer except just discounting service charges which is just Rs500.
But what we think that they had given us a damaged product because it was second time their main parts are damaged. As we belongs to a middle class family we can never give[protected] just after 1yr purchase of the product as bought it keeping in mind that a 40000 worth product will at least hold for 5 yrs.

Further points I want to say in favor of my case :-
1) we had used this product after 3 months of purchase and same can be proved as installation date should be mentioned in their register.

2)from the beginning there was problem in board & after few months its was replaced first time & now second time board and main panel got damaged.

3)there was also a lawsuit filed against the same problem which our led had as the problem starts with green tint/blob on the screen & now nothing is visisble

I am expecting AKOSA will definitely help a middle class consumer against Sony.
