TO, SONY INDIA. DEAR SIR. THIS IS WITH REF; TO THE LCD BRAVIA NX-500 WE HAVE PURCHASE FROM FUNDAMENTAL ELECTONICS CALCUTTA ON 05.12.10. THERE ARE DEAD PIXELS ON THE LCD PANEL (INSIDE THE GLASS) AFTER INSTALATION I WAS NOT IN THE TOWN AND WE HAVE NOTICED THE SAME IN THE 2ND OR THIRD WEEK AND COMPLAIN THE SAME TO THE FUNDAMENTAL ELE. OVER PHONE BUT NON OF YOUR TECHNICIAN CAME TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AGAIN ON 23TH OF JAN., I PERSONNALY GO TO THERE SHOWROOM TO MAKE A COMPLAIN AND FINALLY OUR TECH. CAME ON 25 TH OF JAN. NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY WILL TAKE A PICTURE OF THE PANEL AND REPLACE THE PANEL ONLY, BUT I WANT TO REPLACE THE LCD. THIS IS YOUR DUTY TO CHECK THE GOODS BEFORE FINAL DELIVERY FOR ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECT. SIR, IF I HAVE SPENT 40000.00 FOR BRAND SONY JUST BECAUSE OF YOUR BRAND IMAGE AND QUALITY O[censored]R PRODUCTS, OTHER BRANDS WITH THE SAME FEATURES ARE AVA. AT 28000.00 TO 30000.00 IN THE MARKET.
