[Resolved]  Sony Bravia — Very Poor Customer Support ever after 15+ days of issue

Hello,

I purchased Sony Bravia LED TV Model# KLV-24EX430 by December 2012. Unfortunately it was dead (Not getting Power ON and No LED Blinking) by 17th Feb 2013. I contacted and raised a support request (Reference #[protected] on the same day at Sony Customer Center. They told that their support engineer will visit within next 48 working hours and fix the issue. The support person visited and brought the Main Board and Charger of the TV as there might be the issue with the Main Board.

They took a week time and came back with the new (assuming this board as new because of them told they were waiting for part from Sony) Board but it was also not work with the TV. Now the TV got Power ON but no clear Display (fully white blurred). This time they brought the total TV to their office.

While I check with the vendor now they are making me fool by someone saying the part was ordered waiting for it and someone saying the TV is ready.

In between I contacted Sony Customer Center and checked the status of the request I previously raised. As per them they put the request as resolved. While I check, why was it moved to resolved status without fixing my issue really? They told they have deadline to own the issue by a support dealer but not to resolve the issue. This is a VERY VERY BAD/POOR way of support by a very big corporate I never heard.

I again raised a new request (reference #[protected] with them but I do not yet resolved with this issue. My TV not yet returns back to me. They just provided a stand-by TV of 22” that also don’t have proper stand and wall mount features. By investing around 19,000/- in Sony’s product I am being with problems for 15+ days within 2 months of purchase under manufacturer’s warranty.

Sony Bravia — Screen is blurred

I had purchased an Sony Bravia lcd from ebay and it was shipped by PARIJAT MUSIC store delhi.The LCD screen was working fine for 6 months but not it is showing blurred picture quality.I tried to contact SONY they say that its not in their warranty and I have 1year Dealer warrenty but it seems he is fake.
Please help me out.I am attaching the bill.

I am writing to you today because the other day I bought one of your headsets for a mobile phone, It certainly looks nice and the speakers are honeslty not the worst though you've decided to put the microphone over a foot below my ear. Now why have you done this?, I cant think of any proper headset that would have the microphone near someones belly button, I would probably say that this is not a headset at all, and I would also say that its advertised length of 1.2 meter is complete due to this very fact, I would probably say that this being labeled as a headset would be considered false advertising and by no means have any rated lifespan greater than a week.
Oh and the plug connectors, gold plated?, puny flakes of recycled gold powder already contaminated with god knows what glued on with god knows what basically toxic as hell and will gradually start to lose adhesion within a week?
Furthermore:
Your alarm clocks are a joke, they dont wake anyone up and certainly dont instill that sense o[censored]rgency to the morning that one used to get
Your car audio equipment is a joke, though I noticed you released a new speaker line, such christmas
I opened up one of your VAIO's and its PCB was about 3 inch by 3 inch, essentially nothing at all inside the device.
Your little AM/FM radios hardly make any sound at all, a reason you should kill yourself on behalf of your grandparents.
And, your new playstation 4 and its gay Gaigin developer, Ive read its pre-specs, not that they really make any difference to my opinion of what this overpriced (blessing) will be like, Im sure all its features and accesories are pretty much self explanitory.
and if you still havent figured out why I wrote this or what I am reffering to then the reason why I wrote it is because I felt like it.
