I have given my Laptop on 21/06/09 at dayanand vihar. At the time of giving the laptop i requested the madam at the counter
Miss Rithu Rathi to give me the contact number of the center and for that she gave me the no[protected]. This number when i call gets picked up at the Sony head office and they ask me to call at[protected], which is the customer care no. This customer care number is always busy and when at times it gets picked up the executives their hungs up the phone so that i was left stranded.
Also, the job information mentions that i have recieved a call from miss tarandeep on tuesday 23/06/09, regarding that parts are not available and it will take four days. But I want to specifically mention that i had received no such call. "I Received no call from the service center and I hold Miss tarandeep responsible for that wrong information". She should have written that she wasnt able to contact the customer.
Just beacuse Miss Ritu hadnt given me the contact no of dayanand vihar service center i was not able to contact anyone regarding the status of my laptop.
Now, with all this i had called customer care on TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY, and mentioned that " I have a flight on SATURDAY 27th june, 09 and therefore i want the laptop SERVICED OR UNSERVICED at dayanand vihar service center on friday." But still didnt receive any intimidation from your side. The customer care deptt was unable to make my request heard to your service Department.
Never even once during this whole case i received a call from service department, when they should have called me in such an emergency case.
I had specifically mentioned to the customer care executives that I want the laptop serviced or unserviced on 26th june 09 at dayanand vihar center. But it seems that the Sony India seems to take its customers very lightly. They have not delivered it to me today.
