I have bought a Vaio on 27th Oct 10 and the screen started bleeding on 4th Nov 10. The seller wants us to go to the Service Centre directly. I am surprised to see the attitude of Sony Dealers towards their Customers. Anyhow, as per the Service Centre, screen has been physically damaged and they have been unable to find a single scratch on the system. They are confused but are not ready to admit the inferior quality of their products. As the laptop was purchased on behalf of DAV College, we are moving forward circulating this problem to our association of 104 private Colleges in Punjab warning them about the inferior quality of the Sony products backed up by equally inferior Service Centres.
