Sony — Complaint not attended to.

My complaint request 14926331, 14926344, 14926343,[protected], 15419191, 15861670, & 15519672 have all gone unattended. All that’s done is ticket creation, closure and promises that’s never kept. I am a strict Sony product follower but of late my attitude has changed. Krish Electronics, Mumbai, V V bad service. Reception will not give name and hangs up the phone every single time. Promise to replace Bravia panel in 4 days and collect full cash, still awaiting action, nearing 2 months. All that happens when we call Sony toll free no is, a guy calls to visit and charge me money for the visit. When told it’s a old issue, they ignore it and my complaint is forgotten. On 16.09.2013 spoke with Argha (Complaint Department) who said that our complaint is gone with the senior management team, and they will contact us very shortly. Again on 18.09.2013 spoke with Manish (Complaint Department) who assured that he will call back the same day. And till date 22.09.2013 no calls. Have already written on Facebook, Sony India on September 7 at 1:32pm, and on your website complaint. No response from your end. Spoke to Mr. Alwyn today, believe me the experience was bad. He kept repeating about some company policy about half payment to be made in advance for booking the panel. No consideration about my 2 months delay. He was siding Krish Electronics all the way saying that they had noted that I shall not pay advance, this was of the 1st ticket, rest all forgotten. I guess consumer comes last for Sony. Immediately after this Krish Electronics called and they were ready to accept 100 rs as down payment for booking the panel. Delivery time as per both was 4 business days. But on further enquiry I was informed by the lady at Krish Electronics that the panel was not available in India and was available in Indonesia. On this I again called Alwyn and he was surprised that Krish was ready to accept 1000 rs not half payment for booking the panel. He was also not updated on the availability of the panel. He connected me on a conference call and went on to explain that they were charging 1000 rs as a special consideration fo me. The call got disconnected half way and no one bothered to call me back. Mr Alwyn did not even pick my call. Only when I called through a different no did he pick Up. Seriously, this is the limit for anyone’s patience. I did not ask for anything free from Sony. All that was asked was to get the Panel and take cash, which Mr Alwyn rejected on grounds that it was company policy and cannot be changed, where in Krish electronics could make amends to it. Also promises of a manager calling me, by every service staff and Mr Alwyn has never happened till date. Surprising. This is my last attempt contacting you, hope someone responds favorably. I am however paying Rs 1000 tomorrow to Krish electronics in the hope that they will book the panel and I will get delivery not in 4 days but at least in 2 weeks. In case Sony wants a good customer service consultant to improve service, please call me, I can guarantee that I can not only increase sales but also repeat buy, customer satisfaction. I guess we are not alone. You can see other related complaints... @SonyIndia: Do improve your after sale service. Because it is affecting your valuable brand.
In spite of speaking to Mr. Alwyn, no one came to collect the advance. I guess Mr Alwyn knows he cannot get the panel on time committed hence does not want to take the risk.

If anyone has the contact of Mr. Nayyar, top manager Sony or anyone else pls fwd. I am definitely taking this way further.
